Apartment building

The bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of a residential building situated in the village of Letohrad. The proposed apartment building is three-storey, with a basement. Above-ground floors are residential, in the basement there is a garage, cellars and common areas of the residential building. There are five residential units in each of the above floors. Vertical supporting structures of the basement are designed monolithic reinforced concrete in the above-ground floors, then bricked from Porotherm ceramic blocks. The facade is insulated with a contact insulation system. Horizontal supporting structures are prefabricated from reinforced concrete pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels. The roof is flat single-skinned.
Residential house with polyfunctionally

This thesis addresses the six-storey newly built residential building with shops and underground garages. The apartment building has 80 residential units, four shops, a hairdresser and offices. The apartment house is designed as a combined column concrete skeleton with brick infill. In the underground garage there are 88 seats in the collator parking system. The building consists of a compact shape.

My bachelor’s thesis project deals with a two-storey detached house with a vegetation roof. The house is designed as a new building with a basement stretching beneath a part of the ground floor. The house is intended for a family of four or five members and it is designed as eco-friendly. As regards its classification according toits energy envelope’sparameters, it falls into category B – very energy-efficient. The ground floor has rooms intended foreveryday life of a family, the first floor (i. e. 2nd above-ground floor) is designed as a rest zone and finally, the basement houses the technical rooms.Vertical structures used for the construction of the basement should be made of lost formwork blocks while the remaining vertical structures are designed to be made using the VAPIS lime-sand masonry system. The exterior building shell is to be insulated with the UDIRECO wood-fibre boards. Horizontal structures are to be made of the POROTHERM system. The staircase is planned to be made of reinforced concrete. The house is to be covered with an extensive green roof. The adjoining garage should have a semi-intensive vegetation rooftop terrace, accessible from the hall on the 1stfloor (i. e. 2nd above-ground floor).

This thesis summarizes my work on a new apartment building in Slovany, neighbourhood in Pilsen. My primary responsibility was to develop documentation for the project´s design and implementation. The building consists of four floors above ground, an underground floor and a flat roof. The building´s L-shaped plan, rebound 4th floor above ground and balconies lighten the mass of the building. The structural system of the building combined reinforced concrete system of the underground floor, column system of the 1st up to the 3rd floor above ground and wall system of the 4th floor above ground. The building is designed for six residential units with cellars, two garages, a relaxation room and a gym. The thesis includes the preparatory and study reports, architectural and construction solutions, and fire-safety building and construction site equipment solutions.

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for family of four members. The house is located in a residential district of the city of Prague - Kunratice. The house is designed in one part with two floors with one floor partly below ground level. The other part is designed with one floor. The layout is divided into two sections. The single-storey part of the house is a daily residential area, on the first floor of the two storey part is night zone for rest. In a recessed floor are utility rooms, study room and gym. Entry to the house and entry to the garage are located on the 1st floor on the north side. The building will be based on the footings of plain concrete and a concrete slab. Basement walls are constructed of permanent formwork filled with concrete. 1st and 2nd floor are made from sand-lime blocks. Walls are insulated with ETICS. The ceilings are from cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. Roofing is designed as warm flat roof. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report are also parts of this bachelor thesis.

This bachelor thesis presents a design of a a family house for 4 -5 member family. The house is situated in Lány near Prague. The house is designed as a two-storey house with a partly flat roof and partly classical roof. Both inside and outside the house, the design respects different levels of the ground around. The house is divided into a living area and garage. The ground floor is intended as a daytime area and it is suitable for family activities. The first floor with bedrooms is intended as a place to sleep and relax. The entrance into the family house is designed on the ground floor. The house is built on a concrete base platform supported by foundation structure. The ground floor and the first floor are made of ceramic blocks. Exterior walls are insulated with Rockwool mineral wool panels. The roof is designed from prefabricated extensive green roof trays. Analysis of thermal and mechanical properties of the house and fire safety report on the building solution is also a part of this bachelor thesis.

Specified bachelor thesis deals with an insulated newly built family house for four to five-member family with added polyfunctionally in the form of project office. Proposed construction is situated in the developable area of peripheral town part of Pelhřimov, southeast part of the town on the land number 2050/174. The proposed new building facility of a family house is a two-storey building consisting two rectangles inset into each other and with a double garage. The object is set into the sloping terrain so that the main entrance to the family house is in the level of the second aboveground floor where there is an entrance hall with utility room, a garage and relaxation, quiet and night zone located. From the level of the second aboveground floor it is possible to descend into the ground of the first aboveground. The ground floor serves as a space of residential area and daily and active space. In the level of the first aboveground floor there is the multifunctional part (project office) situated. It has separate entrance from the level of the first aboveground floor. The object is based on foundation walls and the spreading concrete slab on which the structural system walled of ceramic blocks will be based. The circuit construction will be complemented by contact insulation system ETIC made of breathable grey polystyrene. The ceilings are ferroconcrete and monolithic. There is a single-flat roofing with river-washed stones. The part of the thesis is the assessment of the object from the viewpoint of the thermal properties and processing of the solutions to fire safety construction.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create project documentation of a family house in Ořechov, Nová Street. The house is designed as a detached house, two-storey, with a partial basement and garage with a separate entrance. The house is designed for four member family. The project used permanent shuttering system Velox. The building is roofed shed roof and put in a gently sloping land. The project includes a thermal technical assessment, acoustic assessment and fire safety solutions.
Multifunctional house

The aim of the thesis is to project a family house with a workroom and to work out a plan. The house is being built on building site no. 1127/28 in the town of Hoštka. The project is developed for four to six residents, with the workroom (separated side entrance). Self-contained house ground plan is in the form of the letter L (47.57 × 50.85 ft.). Disposition of the projected single storey house is 5+1 with the habitable attic. There are entry foyer, hall, bathroom, toilet, living room, utility room, garage, workroom with kitchenette, toilet and multifunctional lobby on the first floor. Hall, bedroom, two other rooms and bathroom with toilet are located in the habitable attic. The house is projected on concrete strip. As far as the supporting part of the building is concerned, the Porotherm system is used. Horizontal construction above the first
