Survey of the road in Dolní Boříkovice for the project

The aim of the thesis is survey of the original state of the III. class road No. 04314 in the village Dolní Boříkovice before reconstruction. The first part of the thesis addresses to building auxiliary surveying network and surveying works. The second one deals with processing of measured data and creation of thematic map. The measuring net is connected to the binding reference systems S-JTSK and BpV. The resulting map is made in a scale of 1: 500.

Surveying of stream Lubě between Skalička and Malhostovice

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to build measuring network and survey valley of stream Lubě. To fix position of points measuring network were used primarily method GNSS, some points were measured by oriented distance simultaneously with detailed mapping. For detailed mapping was used tacheometry method. The result of this thesis is thematic map of assigned area at scale 1:500. Because one of the results was created data file for creation DMT, was also created DMT.

Materials for biodegradable bones based on Fe

The thesis deals with biodegradable bone implants which must have good mechanical properties and also good compatibility with the human body. The thesis contains literary research in the area of bone physiology, biogenic materials and implants for the human body. The thesis focues on the selection of suitable materials for biogenic implants. It is also described the preparation of iron powder mixtures and application onto selected materials. The selected samples were subjected to thermal analysis.

Preparation and characterisation of electrode materials based on elementar sulphur for Li-ion cells

This thesis deals with the preparation and characterization of electrode materials for Li-ion batteries based on elemental sulfur. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of Li-ion batteries, electrochemical reactions, the process of electrochemical lithiation of sulfur and solubility properties of intermediate polysulfides. The practical part of the thesis deals with the preparation of cathode materials for Li-ion cells with an active substance in the form of elemental sulfur. The prepared electrodes were investigated using cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic cycling. Physical characterization by SEM and XRD was provided.

Materials and Components for Lithium-Ion Power Sources

The dissertation thesis deals with electrode materials and components for lithium-ion power sources. The thesis works with two different kinds of materials, concretely nanostructured Li4Ti5O12 with spinel basis and LiCoO2 with layered structure. The electrochemical properties, structure and element analysis and utilization possibilities in electrochemical industry of new technological electrode material Li4Ti5O12 were investigated. The influences of admixtures and electrolytes on characteristics of electrode materials with aforesaid active masses were also examined. Low cost price, environmental safety and obtained results of electrochemical measurements and structure analysis refer to wide possibilities of usage electrode material Li4Ti5O12 in the field of electrochemistry.

Creation of thematic map of Veveří locality

The result of the bachelor thesis is a tematic map of Veveří location located in the city Brno district of Brno-center, which will be used for teaching purposes for the Faculty of Civil Engineering BUT. The map surveyed and produced accordance with ČSN 01 3410 [5] and ČSN 01 3411[9]. Detailed surveying was performed by tacheometry method.
