Business Plan - Manufacturing Expansion of Company

The subject of my bachelor thesis is assembling real entrepreneurial plan to extend the manufacture, manufacturing and expeditionary area and their use to actual business. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the terms enterprise, company, enterpriser, entrepreneurial plan, juridical form of enterprise, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Practical part consists of the analysis of current situation of the company and the entrepreneurial plan itself. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to actually extend the manufacture and realize the actions connected to it followed by economical evaluation of suggested entrepreneurial plan.

Inbound marketing

In my work I focus on Inbound Marketing, which represents a new perspective on marketing, that has not been given the attention it deserves. It is a combination of existing and proven marketing methods that are used to obtain new customers with minimal marketing costs to the organization. The first section of my work is devoted to defining the concept of Inbound Marketing definitions and explanations. Furthermore, I present a list of instruments used in Inbound Marketing, and showcase the definition and differences compared to the use of these tools in other types of marketing. In the second part of the thesis, I focus on the introduction of software for the management of Inbound marketing campaigns, their description and evaluation of the end-user perspective. Furthermore, I present a practical demonstration of work in one of these software's based on real client requirements and at the end of my thesis meet the objectives and my opinion on the development of marketing.
OOH advertising in Czech republic

The aim of my diploma thesis was to present a comprehensive view of OOH advertising in Czech republic, assess the current situation and outline the direction in which this form of advertising has great potential for further development and which way could this form of advertising lead, especially if we consider innovative technologies within the in-store advertising. The theoretical and methodological part defines OOH advertising within the marketing mix and marketing communication, mentiones its history, advantages and disadvantages, divides OOH formats according to location and use. I focused on the principles of creation OOH advertising, legislation that regulates this form of advertising, I have devoted the measurement of indoor and outdoor advertising, and described the process of planning OOH advertisement. Then I descrived the current situation in the Czech market, new trends OOH communication,which I followed in the practical part. The practical part is based on the theoretical part. It includes information about the company UGO! Media, its materials and products that can be used for in-store advertising. I also mention implemented campaigns and research that was related to the efficiency of the basic material UGO! Media and eventually devote my one research, which relates to the use of products offered by UGO! in a concrete point of sale. The conclusion sums up all the important parameters learned from the research, provides recommendation for further use UGO! product sales in a given location and general evaluation of potential in the use of new technologies in-store advertising.
