Title of the thesis: Complex aspects of communication - gestures and facial expressions Key words: Nonverbal communication, emotions, gestures, facial expressions, interpretation Abstract: The thesis focuses on the international comphrensibility of the complex aspects of communication, especially the nonverbal components. Of these nonverbal components we have pursued the gestures and facial expressions in particular. The domains of nonverbal communication are related, therefore the thesis mentions them as well. However our primary focus rests on the gestures and facial expressions. We researched through a questionnaire. The responders identified themselves and after that they were asked to identify and interpret facial expressions and gestures that we had chosen. The research indicates situations, when a communication is expressed only by the use of nonverbal means and may fail to convey the information. Furthermore, we looked into the possible advantages of knowledge of the nonverbal communication for teachers.

Ruzickova, E. Formation and Incorporation Ltd. in light of the recodification of private law. The thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2015. This thesis deals with problems related to the establishment and creation of a limited company and is a simple guide for aspiring entrepreneurs. It explains in detail the various steps in the establishment of the company after the recodification law, which takes effect untill 1st of January 2014. The work is divided into two main section - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines basic information about limited liability companies and focuses on the process of establishing a foundation of the company. In practical part are detaily described different activities that are necessary for the successful establishment of a limited liability company, the findings of the establishment costs Ltd., both time and financial costst. Furthermore, practical section gives the possibility of establishing the company "turnkey", that nowadays market offers, and to compare these options with a personal foundation. In a practical part are also listed changes that has occured during recodification and has influence on Ltd. in greater extend than is only foundation of company.

John Wyndham - The Day of the Triffids. Artist´s book

This thesis consists of two parts ? theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the topics of beautiful book ? i.e. bibliophilia, artist?s book, illustration, and overall literary art. The basis for the practical part of this thesis is figure and work, namely ?The Day of the Triffids? by John Wyndham, as well as meaning and place of science fiction in the world of art. The practical part consists of set of illustrations, a cover design and a typographical solution of the book ?The Day of the Triffids? The aim of this work was to create a book, which could be classified as valuable literature, not only by its contents, but by its appearance as well.
