Belt conveyor and hydraulic moved tailboard for large volume carrier body

The aim of this work is to design belt conveyor and front and rear hydraulic moved tailboard for large volume carrier body. The carrier body is constructed for silage with emptying time lower than one minute. This work also contains choice of concept of the proposed solutions, than their calculation and the design itself. The work is accompanied by drawings.
Design of carrier swap bodies for agri truck 6 x 6

This Diploma Thesis is dedicated to a proposal of a carrier swap bodies hooked up to a agrotruck 6x6 with a maximum technical weight 38000 kg and has been worked out in corporation with ZDT Nové Veselí company. The first section of the Thesis is occupied with legislation and then especially with a description of available agrotrucks and similar constuction solutions not just of the carrier swap bodies. In the following part of the Thesis the own carrier swap bodies construction proposal has been described, based on which the stress analysis has been done in the final part of the Thesis. Also the technical drawing forms an integral part of the Thesis.
Auxiliary chassis for swap bodies with king pin

Main purpose of the thesis is to carry out a design and a check up of an auxiliary chassis for swap bodies with king pin. The thesis contains pictures of auxiliary chassis made by different producers, followed by my own design. The design contains my own concept of the chassis with purchased parts included. The design of a frame of the auxiliary chassis has been taken in for stress analysis during a number of test loads. Last part of the thesis contains results of stress analysis. Drawings of selected parts are also included. The thesis has been made in cooperation with ZDT Nové Veseli s.r.o.
Concept for a 5 axle trailer / 4 axle trailer with replaceable bodies

This thesis describes the design concept five-axle balanced trailer / four-axle semi-mounted trailer with swap bodies. The initial point of this work is the search of possible solutions both. The second part of the justification for selection of the very concept design proposal is selected variants. Another point of this work is the analysis of the strength of the chassis frame. Control is mainly engaged deformation and strain analysis in different Load case. The thesis is also drawing documentation. This thesis was developed in cooperation with ZDT Nové Veselí s.r.o.
Two-axis tractor trailer chassis

The dokument was created with ZDT company cooperation and consists of two main parts. The first and also main part is handling construction and strength check issues of two-axis traktor trailer chassis Grand super. The second part contains design and strength check of rear protective device against small vehicle under passing. Strength check is performed in I-DEAS enviroment. The fixings are chassis frame assembly drawing, chassis frame welding assembly drawing and drawbar assembly drawing.
Spreading device of manure spreader

This diploma thesis describes the actual situation of the manure spreader machines of the organic manure and it compares the characteristics of these machines from different manufacturers. And then this thesis designs the driving system for cutter mechanism, for the manure conveyor and the manure spreading device including the details. Drawings are in the attachment.
