Financial Management of the Municipality of Kladno

The thesis deals with the financial management of municipality in the Czech Republic, their debt and evaluation financial health of the municipality of Kladno. The thesis is composed of two parts. The theoretical part is included budget process of municipality, incomes, expenses and possibility regulation debt of municipality. The theoretical background are necessary for the practical part, consisting of a detailed analysis of the financial management of the municipality of Kladno in 2012 - 2014. After, the thesis finished by the final evaluation of financial situation of the municipality and suggestions to improve financial management.
A Draft of the Investment Portfolio for a Physical Person in the Financial Market in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the possibilities of investing in the financial market in the Czech Republic for free different types of investors who are different attitude to risk. The first part is generally characterized by the term investment, portfolio theory, types of investment strategies and variol investment instruments, whether in individual investment, as well as in collective investment schemes in which we invest, thereby realizing their funds. Own part is then focused on the modeling of achal investment portfolio for conservative, balanced and aggressive investor. For each of them is first characterized by its current portfolio, which have been shown in some parts as unsatisfactory and there for esubsequently proposed a new, more that meets investor requirements. They are considered basic requirements for return, risk and liquidity, as well as time horizon, which represents investor. Also, investor perceptions and visions for the future. In conclusion thee valuation of the diference between the current and new lyproposed investment portfolio for each client.
Binary Options

This bachelor thesis is focused on binary options, their characterization and different ways of trading binary options. First of all, the term option is defined and then all kinds of options are described. After familiarization with options in general, binary options and their types are also characterized. Then follows description of two ways of analysing the stock market. These are fundamental and technical analysis. In both cases it is necessary to create personal trading system. What is a trading system and how a system works is described in the next chapter. Very important part of trading binary options is trading charts. There is several kinds of these charts. According to these trading charts it is possible to understand current market situation and to plan investments. Working with these charts is possible using special trading softwares. How this software works and how it is possible to use it is described in the next chapter. Theoretical part of this bachelor thesis is concluded by a chapter about trading psyche. Having or not having the right trading psyche can determine whether a trader will be successful or not. Two trading strategies of binary options will be compared in practical part. Firstly, it will be described how the two trading strategies work and how it is possible to use them for trading. Based on data from history of the stock market, success rate of each of the two strategies will be calculated, and the results will determine which of the two strategies is more reliable.
The Investment Instruments and Investment in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis focuses on the characteristics of the financial market in the Czech Republic. It is mainly focused on investment products that citizens of the Czech Republic can normally use, but also on terms such as risk, liquidity and profit. The goal of this work is to obtain information on the development of three products - retirement savings, building savings and collective investment - by using the method of analysis of information from public available resources dealing with the financial market.This information is then compared with use of the method of comparison and analysis of the acquired data. The aim of the thesis is also to determine how these products are developed in the Czech Republic and the attitude of people towards these products. The theoretical part is based on knowledge drawn from specialist literature which deals with financial markets.
Draft Financial Portfolio for Individual

The aim of the diploma thesis is to build the optimal financial plans for model individuals using appropriate mix of financial portfolios, based on selected parameters and financial analysis. The objective of the literature recherche is a characteristic of the financial instruments that are used in financial planning. The theoretical part is divided into two units. The first defines key concepts in the issues of personal financial planning and financial markets and in the second are characterized available financial instruments. The practical part at first describes the model households and their current financial situations and products. Based on that information is to achieve its goals then build an optimized financial portfolios of financial products. The first household consists of husband and wife, who are thirty years old and have a year-old son. Their income is based on averages for the year 2015 and expenditures on the methodology of the Czech Statistical Office. The main element in this plan is to purchase their own house through a mortgage loan. The second household consists of a single person who is forty years old, is divorced and has two children. The main theme is the creation of long-term reserves, therefore appreciation of free funds through the appropriate mix of the investment portfolio.
A Proposal of the Investment Portfolio for a Natural Person on the Financial Market in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis is focused to possibilities of investment on financial market in the Czech Republic and subsequent proposal investment portfolio for different types of investors. The first part of thesis contents definition of individual investment instruments which is able to include as proposal of investment portfolio selected investors. Further includes definitions forms investment triangle which are efficiency, liquidity and riskiness. In the second part are defined characteristics of selected investors, determined their available financial resources suitable for investment together with their aims and needs. Following determination of their relation to risk is based on the Investment questionnaire. The main part is focused on analysis and further comparison of selected investment instruments which are suitable for different type of investors. Proposals for conservative and dynamic investor are based on analysis of investors. Each proposal contents these instruments which meets criteria and requirements of investors, mainly based on diversification and risk.
The Current Offer of Life Insurance in the Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of the current offer of life insurance in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is composed of literary research, which is not focused only on life insurance in the Czech Republic but also on insurance in a broader sense. The introduction of the thesis deals with historical facts of the insurance industry, legislation of the insurance industry, handle with the terms randomness, uncertainty and risk and describes the current status of the insurance industry and insurance market. Furthermore the theoretical part deals directly with life insurance, its different kinds in the Czech Republic, the tax advantages and disadvantages of life insurance and the valuation forms of risk pricing of clients. The practical part is focused on comparing the offer of the capital life insurance and the investment life insurance in one concrete insurance company in the terms of profitability for the clients as well as in the terms of possible internal differences.
