Process and Project Metrics

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze a general technique which can quantify the process, focusing on typical quantities characterizing the projects. The aim of this analysis is to identify options and approaches to measure the quality of the process / project. Outset will discuss the environment, which is necessary requirement for successful collection of relevant data. For these purposes, it seems to be most appropriate the procedural approach to organization management. The next chapter provides tools, approaches, methods and measuring the quality of corporate conditions and processes, as well as modern management practices such as the BSC. This part of the thesis is closely linked topics dealing with procedural and project metrics. It deals with the definition of metrics, methods of their measurement and their important role in the environment of Business Intelligence. Finally is described the current environment of top Business Intelligence - visualization. There are discussed problems of development and design of graphic indicators of key performance processes -- The dashboards. There are also described some of the most modern methods of data visualization.
