SMV-2023-09: Design and deposition of thin film optical coatings

A study of the possibilities of optical filters production. The optical properties of the filters must comply with those required by the customer. Theoretical calculations are verified by depositing a series of samples by means of electron beam evaporation. In particular, low pass and high pass filters, dichroic mirrors, spectral transmittance correcting filters, antireflective coatings and beam splitters for various angles of incidence will be tested.

This thesis focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of the investment project for housing construction in Brno. In the paper I will first focus on the economic evaluation of the project and will define the conditions of the project for its acceptability and feasibility. Next, I will focus on the possibilities of the project sale and the associated risk analysis. The last section focuses on a separate proposal of promotional ways and a way of financing for the end customer.

The literature review first will explain the basic concepts associated with investments that affects all investments and their effectiveness evaluation. The practical part will focus on the implementation of the strategic analyzes, financial plan and final evaluation of the project.
