The Family House

This bachelor’s dissertation is on the design of a two-floor family home with a basement. This study starts at the building stage and focuses on the construction details and energy demands of the building. It also looks at fire safety solutions in the home. The floorplan and the architectural look take into account the needs of the future occupants in terms of the relevant regulations, standards and norms. Traditional materials are used with the latest building techniques.
Kindergarten

The subject of this diploma thesis is design and project documentation of a kindergarten in Velké Pavlovice. It is a separately standing structure with two floors and partial basement located in slightly sloping terrain. The building is constructed of sand-lime blocks with contact thermal insulation, supported by strip foundations. Ceiling construction is made of prestressed hollow-core slabs. This object is roofed by a simple, flat, extensive roof. This kindergarten is designed for 40 children divided into two sections which are located right in the 1st floor together with food delivery. The technical room is in the basement. The common room, multipurpose classroom and headquarters are situated on the 2nd floor. Disposition is proposed in accordance with operation of kindergarten.
The Block of Flats

This bachelor's thesis solves new apartment buildings with nearly zero-energy consumption for housing in the suburb of the capital city of Prague. It is a detached, partially basement apartment building of a rectangular shape with one underground and two above-ground floors with a residential attic in the form of a maisonette, placed in sloping terrain. In the basement there is a technical background and cellar for all housing units, in the upper floors, there are four housing units. The construction system of the building is wall-like, two-way, made of ceramic blocks. Horizontal structures are folded from ceramic blocks. The roof structure is designed as a wooden gable roof with ceramic roof tile. The building has parking spaces and gardens for residents of the house. The work contains project documentation for the construction.
Student dormitories

The subject of my thesis is to design the student dormitories in Zlin. The building has three floors and includes a café and a yoga studio. The intention is to create a functional layout reflecting the daily operation. The proposed accommodation capacity is 46 students. The new building should its architectural design to fit into existing buildings.
The Family House with Accommodation

It is a newly built, detached 2 storey family house with a basement and a terrace. The external walls of the property consists of ceramic shaped bricks. The house is located on a slope oriented towards the south-west. In the basement is a separate apartment which can be used as accommodation for tourists. On this floor there is also a garage and technical facilities. The first and second floor of the property is used for residential purposes. The building is covered with a gable roof with two dormer-windows.
The Hotel "On the View"

The content of this bachelor work is the project documentation of the hotel On the View in Nový Hradec Králové. The build has three ground floors, without partial basement and it is roofed by flat roof with pea gravel. A build has 2 parts. First part si for guests and second part is for employees. The build has 2 entrance. In the first floor is reception with facility, toilet, restaurant with kitchen, food warehouses, untility room and background for employees. From a restaurant is access to the terrace. In the second and third floor are rooms for 34 guests (of which 2 for handicapped) and background for cleaning women. A Hotel has car park for guests with 13 places ( of which 2 fort handicapped) and car park for employees with 4 places. The construction system is mostly made of polished ceramic blocks Porotherm. Horizontal construction is made up as Porotherm ceiling with brick inserts MIAKO and ceramic-concrete ceiling beams. Part of the proposal is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessments in terms of acoustic and daylight.

The content of this bachelor work is the project documentation of the family house with the hairdresser in Vysoká nad Labem. It is independently standing residence with two ground floors, with partial basement and it is roofed by flat roof with pea gravel. In the first floor is situated a garage with one place for car. The front door is situated on the first floor with front door of hairdresser and they are situtated to the east. In front of establishment is the car park with a capacity of two places. The building is standing in flat terrain. The construction system is mostly made of polished ceramic blocks Porotherm. Horizontal construction is made up as Porotherm ceiling with brick inserts MIAKO and ceramic-concrete ceiling beams. Part of the proposal is thermal engineering assessment, fire safety solutions and assessments in terms of acoustic and daylight.
Mountain accommodation Jadrná

The subject of the diploma thesis is the development of project documentation for the construction of an object for short-term recreation with almost zero energy consumption in the village of Orlické Záhoří. The building is designed as a two-story basement, covered with a gable roof, which is partially embedded in the terrain. The building offers eleven accommodation units, including a fresh bar and relaxation in the sauna world.
The Family House - Svatý Kopeček

The project is a newly built detached house in the city of Olomouc – Svatý Kopeček. The building stands alone on a gradually expanding housing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The basement is heated and there is a utility room and the storage. In the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with kitchen and dining room, study, guest room, bathroom, toilet and garage. The second floor is designed as an attic and there are two children's rooms, bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. From the hallway on the second floor there is the entrance to the terrace. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete and is walled with structural elements of POROTHERM. The ceiling above the basement is a monolithic from reinforced concrete and the ceiling of the first floor is made of a panel SPIROLL. The facade is insulated with contact insulating system from Baumit. Gable roof is divided into two parts with different slopes. Minimal slope is 10° and maximal slope is 32°. Roofing is made of metal roofing BORGA. Built-up area is 187,7 m2. Part of the thesis is also the essay about Contact facade insulation (ETICS).
The Multipurpose Building in Opava

The subject of this diploma thesis is the processing of design documentation for realization of the new-build multipurpose building in Opava. The building is designed on the grounds of a former dairy in the Krnovská street where the demolition of obsolete buildings passed off recently. Now are these areas designed to build up again. Designed object will function as a multipurpose building with the operation of a restaurant on the 1st floor, office spaces on the 2nd floor and dwelling units on the 3rd floor. Part of the first floor is a mass garage primarily intended for residents of dwelling units with a total of 9 parking places. It is designed eight dwelling units in total of which six are one-room flats and two are four-room flats. Plan shape of the building is rectangular. The londbearing structure of the building is a reinforced concrete prefabricated precast concrete frame founded on cast-in-place concreted pads. Infill walls are clay brick. The building is roofed with warm flat roof. Dominant features of the building are large glass areas in all floors, metal ventilated facade and loggias of dwelling units. The drawings are processed in AutoCAD programme.
