Topological control of selected data model using ModelBuilder and Python

Topology control of the selected data model using ModelBuilder and Python Abstract The goal of this work is to characterize the Minimal digital elaboration standard for spatial planning in GIS (MINIS) globally and to create a control tool for the data based on this standard. In the first part of my work, some of the spatial planning standards used in the Czech republic are mentioned and MINIS is decribed in detail. In the second one, the creation process of the topology control tool in Python programming language is described. In conlusion, all the difficulties I had to overcome in this work as well as the offered solutions are discussed. The output of my work are the control script and a simple user's manual. Negative impacts of input of ICT into education

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of negative impacts of information and communication technologies in education. Health and social behavior related negative impacts, characterized by frequency of occurence or severity, are presented. Emphasized are, however, cognitive functions, especially attention and memory. Negative impacts, which can lead towards deterioration of pupils' ability to learn, are explored in detail. Possible situations of use and aspects of ICT, which can have said effect, are identified. The subject is expanded by possible countermeasures that can be used to prevent, mitigate or eliminate some of the negative impacts. The empiric part of the thesis verifies some of the presented negative impacts of information and communication technologies related in particular to school effectiveness of pupils and additional countermeasures are introduced to reduce these impacts.
Emergency Medical Service: Its History, Models and Development Trends in the Czech Republic

Key words: emergency medical service, urgent premedical care, organization, technical conditions, statistics, analysis The topic of this bachelor thesis are historical developments of Emergency Medical Service (EMS) with a special focus on significant changes in its technical, personal and organizational arrangements on the territory of contemporary Czech Republic. The thesis major objective is to contribute to the discussion on the EMS current organization as well as its work effectiveness and reserves. Following this objective, the text is aimed at comparison of recent situation in selected regions and the Czech Republic as a whole. In particular it deals with current regional differences in the EMS technical conditions and outputs regarding urgent premedical care provision. Contemporary possibilities of the EMS evaluation and informational value of statistical data are examined and extensively discussed.
Design of ventilation in sports hall

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of controll network traffic in wireless link. The requirements specification is suggested solution which is implemented and tested in laboratory conditions. The verification is carried out in the WAN network of TS-Hydro, s.r.o. The results are evaluated in the discussion.
Návrh pasivního rodinného domu

This thesis deals with the design of passive house, located on a specific building plot in the village Bohdalec in district Žďár nad Sázavou. The first part of thesis contains a theoretical basis for the general explanation of passive house construction. The second part sumarizes the actual design of a passive house, description of the constructions of the house and results of thermal evaluation and energy review of the designed house.

Making use of ICT for teaching and learning English at lower and upper secondary schools

The B.A. thesis is focused on making use of ICT (computers and other electronic devices) for teaching and learning English at lower and upper secondary schools. Making use of data projectors and interactive whiteboards at English lessons is presented. It is researched how to motivate students for the self-study of English at home. Both software and hardware points of view are taken into account. A questionnaire research was conducted to discover whether teachers use electronic devices in English lessons, how often, what devices, why and what in their opinion students think about the usage of electronic devices in English lessons. It was discovered that most of responding teachers use electronic devices at least sometimes. They believe that students enjoy this kind of lessons more and can better understand the subject matter. Audio players are still the most commonly used electronic device in English lessons, however, e.g. computers are used very often nowadays as well. A questionnaire research for students of English at a grammar school discovered what electronic devices are used in English lessons and what the students' opinion on the usage is. Czech Constitutional Progressive Party

The Czech Constitutional Progressive Party (1908-1918) The Czech Constitutional Progressive Party represents in many aspects a unique phenomenon of the Czech politics in the last years before the outbreak of WWI and during the dramatic war period afterwards. Although it did not belong to massive and influential parties, it played a significant role on the political scene at that time with a part of a solitary, represented by many distinctive individualities. It existed for only ten years, six years out of it in standard peace conditions, but in a time of breaking historical events and decisions it made itself be heard in such an important way that it left a remarkable trace in the Czech history of the 20th century. It was created in April 1908 by merging two parties, a Radical Progressive Party and a Constitutional Party (or rather a Radical Constitutional Party) that had been established at the very end of the 19th century following a disintegration and a political differentiation of the progressive movement of the 90's. The party took up a progressive legacy by consistently demanding a renewal of the independent Czech state on the basis of the Czech historical constitutional law, political democratisation and welfare reforms.
