Bachelor thesis includes multifunctional family house proposal in Holýšov. The building is divided into two parts - design office and a family house for a family with five members. The house has a partial basement, two floors and gabled roof above the living area and flat roof above the garage and design offices. The house is situated in a slightly slopping ground.

Bachelor thesis includes proposal of the building solution of the detached house with an premises, which is processed in the stage of documentation for construction. The building is situated in the city Přeštice, which is located south of Pilsen. It has a rectangular platform, two floors and a gable roof. The house is accessible to the entrance from the adjacent street and to pavement. The building is designed for the habitation and operation of veterinary medicine by homeowner.

Family house with office

The subject of this bachelor thesis is completing the documentation of a building part to the new family house building with bureau premises in Velké Meziříčí. The family house is designed as a slab-on-ground facility with two floors above ground. The facility ground area is of a rectangular shape. The second floor above ground is roofed-over with a flat roof. Facility entrances are on the first floor above ground where there are bureau spaces and technical rooms of the family house. In the second floor above ground there is a quite zone of the householders with entrance to the passable terrace over the garage space. The carrier facility structure is created by a brick constructional system Porotherm with ceilings from ceramic inserts Miako. The facility floors are connected through a reinforced concrete staircase. The project documentation is draw-up according to currently valid laws, regulations and standards.

Thesis describes the design layout and processing of project documentation for execution residential house with one housing squad on sloping allotment number 140/12 in catastral of the Vohančice. It is an object for family housing of four members with accomodation possibility for two guests. This object have one underground storey, two aboveground storey with flat roof and terrace in second aboveground storey and entrance to garden from first aboveground storey. Documentation includes an assessment of the building envelope and classification using the label, as well as fire safety of building. Theoretical part of this thesis i solving problems with proposing of the stairs.
