Interactive Designer of Executable BPMN Workflows for GPC Platform

This master’s thesis deals with the issue of process modeling and its application in workflow modeling within the GPC framework. Specifically, it deals with the design and implementation of a module which will allow users to easily transform process diagrams of the widely used BPMN 2.0 standard into executable proprietary workflows that are used to configure the framework's processes. The solution will allow users to customize the platform for their purposes in a way that is familiar, visual and significantly simpler than existing solutions.
Visualization of the change of the Arctic glaciation using thematic cartographic technique

Ways of cartographic visualization of artic glaciation changes by using methods of thematic cartography Abstract The aim of this thesis is to make a research of available geographic data relates to the development of glaciation of the Artic and also to assess the suitability of selected methods of thematic cartography to represent geographical phenomenon: change of glaciation in time. The first part is devoted to detailed research of the available databases produced by foreign research organizations. This part is followed by research of Czech and foreign literature which is focused on cartographic visualization and methods of thematic cartography suitable for expression of dynamics phenomenon. In the conclusion are shown the ways of proper choice of data with relevant cartographic method, illustrated on the attached maps. Visual Workflow Editor for GPC Platform

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of business process modeling and application of acquired knowledge in workflow modeling. The purpose of this work is to create and implement a BPMN diagram editor. This editor will be integrated into the GPC framework to simplify the conversion of business processes to XML workflows, which are used to configure the framework for specific customers. Resulting solution will increase the usability of GPC in small and medium businesses.
Tree species classification using sentinel-2 and Landsat 8 data

The main objectives of this master thesis are to evaluate and compare chosen classification algorithm for the tree species classification. With usage of satellite imagery Sentinel-2 and Landsat 8 is examined whether the better spatial resolution affects the quality of the resulted classification. According to past case studies and literature was chosen supervised algorithms Support Vector Machine, Neural Network and Maximum Likelihood. To achieve the best possible results of classification is necessary to find a suitable choice of parameters and rules. Based on literate was applied different settings which were subsequently evaluated by cross validation. All results are accompanied by tables, charts and maps which comprehensively and clearly summarize the answers to the main objectives of the thesis.
Politics of Corporate Hospitality in Light of Christian Ethics

The Diploma Thesis "Corporate Hospitality Policy in the Light of Christian Ethics" deals with the question whether there is a fair form and degree of rationalized corporate hospitality compatible with the bases of both general and Christian ethics. The thesis presents a comprehensive view of a wide range of approaches to corporate hospitality from selfless, over rationalized, up to binding, manipulating and corrupt. Corporate hospitality is a very current, widely used management tool. It can be a gratitude for cooperation, expression of regard and respect for a business partner, or demonstration of openness to future cooperation. However, corporate hospitality need not always be a step toward the other's unsecured space, but on the contrary, the effort to pre-ensure that space, and gain an advantage. Such hospitality can bind or even manipulate a business partner, with the goal of getting a job, insuring co-operation, or facilitating a way to profit. Such hospitality is already on the brink of corruption. Moral aspects of human cloning in the light of Christian ethics

The thesis "The moral aspects of human cloning in the light of Christian ethics" deals with the assessment of cloning human beings from the point of view of moral theology. It is now clear that human cloning is technically possible and the number of attempts of this kind is still increasing in the world. Cloning is a very timely and dynamically evolving topic. Nowadays biology in this business is a few steps further before the law and ethical rethinking and grasping the topic. This thesis provides a summary overview of the current technical conditions of cloning, insight into the history of the issue, as well as the world's legislation, which appears to be inconsistent, and the current state of the debate on the ethical plane. It deals with the opinions of experts from the rank of moral theologians, bio ethicists and biologists, which compare and think them over. This work brings fundamental arguments of the proponents and opponents of cloning human beings and some fundamental approaches to this issue. Besides that it develops individual ethical issues and their consequences for the practice of cloning. Information System for Help Desk

The goal of this thesis is to design and implement information system for Help Desk purposes. In the first part there are specifications of theoretical bases, standard procedures and contracts concerning Help Desk operation and also summary of advantages and requirements of such system. Second part contains description of parameters and processes using the BORM method. In the practical part is the implementaion of the designed system on the platform Microsoft Sharepoint 2010. The analytical part contains description of requirements to use this platform and description of functions which are used during the implementation. Final part contains description of the implementation itself. It is based on the parametrs and processes designed in the theoretical part and uses the Sharepoint functions described in the analytical part.

Development of pressure switch for rail vehicles

This diploma thesis deals with the design of pneumatic pressure switch with adjustable hysteresis. In the thesis is carried out the introduction in the theory of compressed air and research of the pressure switches at the market. Based on the gathered information and customer specification, the design draft of the pressure switch has been created. In the thesis are described three main parts of the prototype: transform of the pressure, adjustable hysteresis and synchronization of the microswitches. In the end of the thesis is described the testing of prototype and summary of the results.
