Coupled modeling of induction motor using finite element method
Gregor, Tomáš ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes complex modeling of asynchronous motor by finite element method. Complex modeling concerns to making models based on different physical principles and their connection. Models are made in Ansys program components and their connection is made in program Ansys Workbench. This thesis includes creating electromagnetic model, thermal model, mechanical model and coupled model which connect partial models.
Thermal box - educational model
Gregor, Tomáš ; Houfek, Martin (referee) ; Vlach, Radek (advisor)
This thesis describes the design and production of simple thermal system, which is used as education model for temperature regulation. This education model is called thermal box. Thermal box is controlled by integrated electronics, which is driven by computer I/O card MF 624 and program MATLAB Simulink.
Family house
Gregor, Tomáš ; Chuchma, Lukáš (referee) ; Kalousek, Miloš (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is treated as a documentation of the construction of a family house in the village of Březůvky in site "Garage". The object will be located in a built-up area. The project will respect the requirements of territorial planning documentation. The object is part of the basement. With two residential floors above the ground. A simple saddle roof. The House is designed in the porous concrete from Ytong.
Tissue specific mutagenesis with TAL nucleases using \kur{Drosophila melanogaster} as a model
GREGOR, Tomáš
TAL nucleases are frequently used for mutagenesis in germline to create transgenic organism with mutation in every cell. I created TAL nucleases against eGFP and Drosophila AdoR receptor and combined them with UAS-Gal4 system to test if it is possible to use this genetic tool also for tissue specific mutagenesis.
Micro-RNA interference of adenosine receptor in \kur{Drosophila melanogaster}.
GREGOR, Tomáš
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to test the construct for micro-RNA interference ShmiR2, targeted against drosophila only adenosine receptor AdoR. Drosophila adoR mutants were proved to be viable and when combined with adenosine deaminase mutation adgf-a, the adoR mutation fully rescued the adgf-a lethality. Previous results also suggest the possibility of tissue specific action of adenosine signalling, therefore our goal was to further examine this phenomenon by tissue specific knockdown of AdoR and analyzing it´s effect on viability of the flies.
