This bachelor’s thesis focuses on analysis of current information system and proposal for changes with the purpose of improving the system‘s usability, enhancing user comfort, and preparing for possible future commercialization. For accessing the current system is used qualitive and quantitive method to gather feedback from users and a list of their requirements. The list of requirements serves as a basis for proposing a new solution. The output is an analysis and description of new functionalities with the purpose of serving the users needs’ and fulfilling their requirements, including the estimated financial costs in case of implementation.

This diploma thesis deals with the use of optimization tasks in the conditions of a selected banking institution. The thesis describes the theoretical background for the development of the thesis, analysis of the current situation in the selected company with a focus on the approval process for applications for credit products. The design of the thesis includes testing the internal environment of the company designed for optimization tasks used in the approval process.

The thesis first introduces the theoretical background needed to understand the issue. Subsequently, an analysis of the current state of the company is performed. In the third part, the selection of the process and assembly of your own robots is verified.

In the second part, the company is introduced, its internal, external and competitive environment is analyzed and the state of the information system is evaluated. The last part is devoted to the creation of a proposals to improve the efficiency and security of the information system and a summary of costs and benefits of the proposals.

The main task is to create a proposal to improve the existing information system in the analyzed company InQool, a.s. The work is divided into three parts. The first part is an overview of the theory of the issue, the second part is devoted to detailed analysis of society, including the information system, and the last part consists of their own proposals to improve the existing information system with financial evaluation.

This master thesis deals with the evaluation of the information system of the company REDA a.s.. To assess the state of the information system and organization in general, several analyzes and models are used, which reveal possible shortcomings. The final part of this work tries to correct these shortcomings, when suitable measures are proposed, which leads to the improvement of the company's information system and overall operations.
