The thesis solves the processing of a project documentation of a veterinary clinic in Nachod. The project and attachments are processed in accordance with current laws, regulations and standards. The Veterinary Clinic is located on parcels č.122 / 3 and 122/4, which are parts of the cadastral municipality Nachod. Near the land under the adjoining local roads, there are utilities routed. In the building of veterinary clinic, there will be 2 surgeries, 2 operating rooms, laboratory, pharmacy, grocery breeders and editorial office. Veterinary Clinic is a two-storey building with a rectangular ground plan with dimensions of approximately 40 x 19 meters. The building has 3 main entrances. Admission to the clinic and store are situated on the northwestern side. Entry into the pharmacy and the editorial office, which is located on the 2nd floor, are on the southeast side. The supporting wall system is made of aerated concrete, ceiling is made of reinforced concrete. On the building's flat roof with reinforced concrete supporting structure.

Kindergarten Český Těšín

The subject of this master´s thesis is a detailed design documentation of a newly-built kindergarten in Český Těšín. The building is located on flat land, does not have a basement and has two above - ground floors with flat roof. The kindergarten will contain 2 classes for 50 kids in total, kitchen, technical background, facilities for staff and a place for a leisure time activities. The building is made of combined construction system comprising brick walls and reinforced concrete columns and girders. The project will also include the parking lots and pavements.

The subject of this thesis is newly built multifunctional building that will be built in Brno. The part of Brno is called Sadová. Sports and cultural centre, Otradov

The subject of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the implementation of new sports and cultural centre Otradov. The dominant feature of the complex objects stands and multipurpose hall. The building is architecturally designed with an effort to fit in too much of rural architecture. Multipurpose hall has two floors, one third roofed flat roof, two-thirds of the roof ridge. The core system is aerated concrete blocks. The building is two-storey grandstand with the carrier deck. Roofing is solved by means of broken wooden beams. Sanitary facilities is dealt wall system and roofed shed roof. Athletics track, the surface of the polyurethane mixture designed for sports.

The subject of this thesis is the construction and maintenance of project documentation for the implementation of the multipurpose building in Jihlava. Designed building is located in the southern town of Jihlava, in the slightly hilly terrain on the west side. The house is rectangular ground plan, with a projecting portion bowling lanes. Roofing form a single-slope roof. It is a multifunctional building, the first floor consists of a restaurant with bowling lanes in the second and third floor houses the Tax Office. They used conventional and traditional building materials. The thesis also specializing on the subject of air conditioning and heating.

The topic of this diploma thesis is an elaboration of technical documentation for project of newly-built mixed-use building in Hlučín. Object is located on a quiet suburban area. The building has four floors and is designed from materials typical for our area. On the ground floor is shop and restaurant, on the floors are housing units. The house is covered with a hipped roof.

Newly-built mixed-use building, Frydek-Mistek

Diploma thesis focuses on the processing of detailed documentation for newly-built mixed-use building in Frýdek-Místek. The building has three above ground floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with facilities. On the second and third floor there are office spaces. The building has combined support system, which is a reinforced concrete slab carried by masonry wall system of sand-lime blocks and reinforced concrete columns. The entire building is insulated using external contact thermal insulation system outside the first floor, which is designed ventilated facade with thermal insulation of mineral wool. The roof of the building is designed as a non-walkable flat single roof.

New building of sports and relax centre

The main topic of this diploma thesis was to design project documentation of sporty and relaxation house in the city of Vracov The designed object is located in western part of the town Vracov. The surrouding terrain is flat. I tis designed as three interconnected parts with rectangular shape and flat roof with a slope of 3 %. The subject of this thesis is to design project documentation recreation and relaxation center with guest house in Vracov. Material of the building is a ceramic brick system in a combination with reinforced concrete. Outer walls are made of heat-insulating ceramic brics Heluz Family 2v1 with polystyrene foam inside their cavities. The entrance is situated in the middle part, where reception is located that is directing the clients further into the latter parts of the building. The middle and western parts have two storeys and are made for the sporting activities. The eastern part is a two storey building, where the first floor is designed as a part for relaxation. Second and third floor are designed as a hotel part. Apart form a project documentation, there is an architectonical study of the building and an airconditiong design specialization.

Pension with wine bar, Sardice

This Diploma Thesis solves design of the pension with wine bar. The building is located on the edge of the of village Šardice. It is a single storey basement building with attic that is roofed by a gable roof with dormers. Floor plan of the building is rectangular with the entrance facing northeast. There is a restaurant with facilities on the first floor and guest rooms where two of them are designed as wheel chair accessible. On the second floor there are only guest rooms. The construction of the building is structural masonry system. Bearing vertical structures are made of permanent formwork in the ground floor, for external walls are used aerated concrete blocks and for the inner bearing masonry are used lime sand-lime blocks. Horizontal bearing structures consists of prestressed hollow core slab, bearing structure of the roof consists of purlin roof.

Wine making house

The subject of this master thesis is a design of wine house which comes together with restaurant and accommodation in Strazovice near Kyjov. It includes design study and all the detailed drawings of the building. The building is designed with three services - winery, restaurant and accommodation. Winery is divided into separate rooms for wine processing, finishing and wine aging, also storage, distribution and sale of wine. Canteen service includes kitchen with accessories, restaurant with dining, separated lounge, vaulted cellar and room for degustation. Lounge, cellar and degustation room is primary determined for different corporate events, conferences, weddings, family events and others. For building were chosen descending lands at the edge of Strazovice.. The main reason for this decision is the view that this place provides because of its higher position. Also this village is a part of region, for which wine production is typical. The shape of the object is rectangular and consists of three floors. Two upper floors are receding with comparison to the first floor. This formed a part of terrace which is connected with the oval part on pillars. Basement is situated completely below ground, only the south side is partly uncovered. Construction is made of reinforced concrete. Ground floors are with ventilated frontage. Frontage of the first floor is covered with wooden cladding, and frontage of the second floor is covered with plaster. Vertical constructions are made of lime-sand blocks and horizontal constructions are reinforced concrete. The roof is built of wooden trusses with arched upper part. On the roof there are installed photovoltaic panels for electricity which is used in the building. Rainwater is held in tank, servers as a water supply for the building.
