Parent's oppinion about D.I.E. in relationship with child in nursery school

ln the practical part of the bachelor thesis I deal with the opinions of parents of preschool children on Drama in Education. Using mediated research in different type s of nursery schools I try to determine wh ether the ignorance of aesthetic education persists among fathers and mothers today. We also pay attention to the placement of Drama in Education among other free time activities and taking the research data into consideration we discuss the parents' awareness of the educational contents of playgroups. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals mainly with Drama in Education. It focuses on the historical development and current status in the Czech Republic. In addition, it discusses the benefits, methods, techniques, objectives and tasks of Drama in Education - aU in relation to pre-school educational institutions. FinaUy, the thesis takes notice of Drama in Education as free time activity of 3-6 year old children.

This work concerns the role of theatre arts in the field of dramatic education. It marks the connecting points of artistic (theatrical) developement and of social - psychological, personal, development. It contains analysis of theoretical backround of dramatic education in literature and reflection of practical survey. The survey contains both a dialogue with pedagogues of dramatic education and a questionnaire survey among both current and former students of dramatic education. I look for and point out the differences in concepts of this field in both the literature and the application and I reflect the consequences of these differences. Application of Dramatic Education Methods and Technigues in Teaching the Czech Language in the 3.Grade of Elemetary School

The aim of the diploma thesis is to describe the possible forms of active teaching of the Czech language on the first level of elementary school, particularly with the aide of dramatic education methods and techniques. The diploma thesis is divided into two main sections, the theoretical section and practical section. Each of these sections contains four chapters. However, substantial attention is paid to the practical section, which depicts a period of one month during which the aforementioned approaches to teaching the Czech language were applied at the ES. Drama in Education and Personal and Social Development

Synopsis This dissertation work deals with the possibilities of personal and social development of pupils through Drama in Education. The practical part creates a complex of ten eighty-minute lessons that have been realized in the ten weeks in the fourth class of primary school operating on the principles of Montessori. It describes the work of the teacher the beginner beginning with a class, which until then had no experience of Drama in Education. It tries to capture how successful it is to incorporate egoistical pupils by the methods and techniques of Drama in Education. It detects how the pupils of this class comprehend to the selected values and which worthy qualities do they appreciate. The theoretical part explains what drama education is. It is devoted to its objectives, content, forms, methods and techniques. It examines the connection between drama education and personality and social development. It characterizes a child in the development phase of about nine and ten years of age and the classroom as a social group. It also informs about the principles of the Montessori educational system. 4
Comparison of the effectiveness of teaching knowledge thropugh Drama in Education

The thesis is entitled "Comparison of the effectiveness of teaching knowledge thropugh Drama in Education with the effectiveness of frontal teaching on the Old legends Czech and Moravian fourth grades in elementary school." The theoretical part is focused on Drama in Education, its components and the method which is taught. The basis of the practical part of the teaching units, one focused on Drama in Education and one on frontal class teaching. Pupils who attended the lessons have written knowledge test regarding the content of teaching units.
Theatre of the Oppressed

My diploma theses focuses on using the techniques of the Theatre of the Oppressed at the first garde of elementary school. I believe that this method can be used also with the children of the first grade, namely with children studding their fourth and fifth year. The theoretical part of this work focuses on the Theatre of the Oppressed, to be more precise - The Forum Theatre. The main source is a book written by the founder of the Forum Theatre Augusto Boal. The practical part describes the experiences I had with practising the Forum Theatre with children in the first grade of elementary school. The main objective of this work was to answer the question whether it is possible for the first grade children to understand and perform the Forum Theatre. After having the experience with practising the Forum Theatre with children I must note, that children are capable of doing it and above all it is very good mean for them to explain their feelings , emotions and opinions and find the right solutions for different types of problems. I believe, that it is very much worth to focus closer on this type of theatre with children, because it helps them to deal with their everyday problems.
Chinese fairy tale by methods of drama education

The diploma thesis focuses on fairy tales, and its division, explains a sense of fairy tales for the children, which themes and characters the fairy tales offers. The thesis focuses on specifics of the Chinese fairy tale and how it is possible to take in the book " Peak ofteaspon" thanks to dramatic's methods. A part of the thesis is also the analysis of the literature text in dramatically- educational terms. Within the framework of the project are used Chinese fairy tales and its ways of use in dramatic-educational lessons. The project is considering, how it is possible to transfer the contents of fairy tales to the child's experiences and , how to use already processed themes. The practical part of the thesis includes a description of the project with a reflection.
