The second part contains the design and construction calculation of the exact boring head. The output of the work is a 3D model and selected drawing documentation of a precise boring head.

This bachelor thesis is focused on design of clamping device, which is a part of welding positioners for welding of aluminum tube conductors in ABB company. In the theoretical part, there are individual requirements of clamping devices with examples of their applications. The practical part is focused on the design of individual parts that meet the requirements for tube conductors and the functionality of the clamping system for arc welding of alluminium alloys.

Design of a boring head for a drill

The bachelor thesis, which belongs to the field of machine tool tools, deals with drilling. The thesis is divided into a search section where a review of the drill head is processed and the practical part in which the design of the drill head is made. This is particularly the head with an eccentric spindle, the movement of which on the circle will be a milling cutter that will cut the hole. The result of the design is a drill head, which consists of a two-stage planetary gear, a toothing and a toothed belt drive.

This Master thesis deals with construction design of pop-up turntable with load capacity 120 tons and 1500 mm stroke. The driveline will supply by combination of hydromotor and planetary gearbox.The first part of this thesis deals with research in the field of current offer of pop-up turntables and construction elements used in pop-up turntables.Then is acceded to design of 3 different construction variants, of which is chosen one based on evaluation properties of each variant. After this part, follows on constuction design of chosen variant, including both desinging and calculating part. Part of the thesis is also required technical drawing documentation.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the design of a small table saw. The first part of this thesis deals with the problematics of the table saws. We can find here described parts of the saw blade, its health & safety and situation on the market. The conclusion of this chapter is de-voted to selections of the design solution. The second chapter is devoted to the computatio-nal documentation. At the end of the thesis there is a visualization of the final solution with description of the individual construction nodes.

The thesis deals with research in the field of drill sharpeners and with the design of a device. The first part is introduction to drill sharpening. Subsequently, an overview and assessment of grinders currently available on the market is presented. The second part focuses on three design options: one of them is selected and further elaborated in detail including its 3D modelling and drawings. The functionality of the design is checked using basic calculations.

The subject of this thesis is construction of C axis of large turning machine. It contains description of C axis and methodology o its usage. Moreover it contains search of possible technical solutions of drive, breaking and measuring C axis. This thesis is describing chosen technical solution of drive and construction of c axis in design part. Also included is calculation and drawing of assembly of drive and model of C axis modeled in program Autodesk Inventor 2009.
