Současný stav přípravy zemí Vyšegrádské čtyřky na zavedení eura

Spolupráca v rámci Vyšehradskej štvorky dosiahla mnoho úspechov, ktoré sa stali inšpiráciou pre jej ďalšie fungovanie a existenciu. Najvýznamnejší bol vstup členov V4 do EU, ktorý absolvovali 1. mája roku 2004. Čo ich ešte čaká je vstup do eurozóny, ktorý si vyžaduje dôkladnú prípravu. Predmetom bakalárskej práce je skúmanie jednotlivých členov V4 z hľadiska ich príprav na prijatie eura, popis ich reálnej a nominálnej konvergencie a snahy eliminovať aktuálne problémy a nedostatky.

Economic and Monetary Union

The object of this essay is focused on the Economic and Monetary Union. The EMU was realised on the basis of Jacques Delors report during the nineties. This report supposed three stages to achieve the specific goals which would lead to the EMU. One of the most important task was the fulfilment of the nominal convergence criteria which allowed the permission to join the euro area. This conditions were and are necessary to smooth monetary union functioning. Nowadays is this theme very actual by reason that the Czech Repulic joined the European Union on 1st May 2004. By this joining the Czech Republic is participating the third stage of the EMU and the euro will be accepted in this country later

This Bachelor's thesis "Development of the Czech Crown Before Entrance Into the European Union" deals with the analysis of development of Czech crown since its' origin up to the entrance of the Czech Republic into the European union. The thesis includes the period from the beginning of Czech transformation in 1990 to the year 2004. The aim of the thesis is to analyze monetary development of that period and concurrently outline the parallel development of the Czech economy.

The second chapter gives a summary of strongpoints and weak points of the Swedish economy. In the last chapter is characterised business support in Sweden.

The position of France in the European Union

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe the position of France in the European Union from a political and economic viewpoint. The first chapter focuses on the French representatives' and the citizens' attitudes on the subject of European integration. The second chapter provides the description of French economic indicators and its comparison with other European countries. The third chapter deals with the present economic situation of France and focuses more deeply on the labour market, the immigration policy, and French solution to the financial crisis.

Social policy od the European Union, present and future

The first chapter is considerd to the historical facts that have led to the social policy we know today. This mostly results from the legislative acts issued by the authorities of the EC or EU. The second one is about the Lisbon strategy, its goals, performance measurement, revisions, social agendas and guidelines. A separetly subchapter is about the european year 2010. The next part of the second chapter is consecrated to the financial crisis and its impact on the deevelopment of the social policy. The third chapter is about the european social model and ist development in the future.

The Common Agricultural Policy and the Czech Republic

This bachelor work is concerned with the analysis of influence of the Common Agricultural Policy on the agricultural market of EEC/EU. It describes the circumstances of its formation, the reform process and the newest development of this policy. As the Czech Republic became part of EU in 2004, this thesis is also concerned with the influence of CAP on Czech farmers.

This Bachelor`s thesis follows the process of EC/EU`s economic policy development from the end of the 2nd World War up to the 21st century. It provides a brief view of gradation of member states` cooperation in the area of economic policies, notices transfers of particular competencies from national to supra-national level and studies the effects of economic policy coordination on the member states over the last twenty years -- mainly the impacts of the European Economic and Monetary union and Lisbon Strategy. It focuses on basic macroeconomic indicators and tries to find an answer whether such coordination increased competitiveness of the Community or not.

Přeshraniční spolupráce ČR po vstupu do EU: Jihomoravský kraj - Spolková země Dolní Rakousko

Svoji práci jsem zaměřila na přeshraniční spolupráci dvou regionů -Jihomoravského kraje a Dolního Rakouska. V úvodu charakterizuji pomocí ekonomických ukazatelů oba regiony, dále představuji program Evropské unie Interreg IIIA ČR-Rakousko, který přeshraniční spolupráci Jihomoravského kraje a Dolního Rakouska v letech 2004-2006 zaštiťuje. Rovněž představuji úspěšné projekty, které byly v rámci přeshraniční spolupráce v tomto období realizovány. Dále seznámím čtenáře s činností institucí, které se přeshraniční spoluprací v regionu zabývají. V závěru uvádím zhodnocení činnosti přeshraniční spolupráce mezi Jihomoravským krajem a Dolním Rakouskem v letech 2004-2006 a představuji předběžný návrh přeshraniční spolupráce v nadcházejícím programovém období 2007-2013
