The project documentation is prepared complete new build house with sales of spare parts in stock at the level of documentation for construction. House is designed for a family operation and store sufficient three employees. The building is designed as two rectangles connected together, where smaller firms are backgrounds, cellars and spaces for living, the greater the storage hall of spare parts. Built-up area of the house is 335m2.Střecha saddle is connected to the roof rack warehouse. Walling system is made by Heluz. The house is connected to the local road and utilities available. Design House is processed according to applicable standards and regulations for the country.
Sports hall

The aim of this master‘s thesis is to design a sports hall including an accommodation facility in Hradec Králové. Sports hall is situated in a town district called Věkoše. It is tree-storey building equipped with combined pillar‘s and wall‘s support system. Building is founded on solid slab and propped piles. Pillars are made of steel, walls are made of ceramic bricks and curved roof is made of gluelam beams and roof trusses with aluminum cover system Kalzip. There are two single ply flat roofs. Also basement is a part of the building. For spectators two separated auditoriums with steel support system are designed. The accommodation for twenty people was split into ten rooms. It is designed as barrier free building for both sportsmen and audience.
materniti house

This thesis solves the project of materniti house in moderate terrain. Materniti house is located on the grounds numbers 1475 in the village Jezeřany - Maršovice. The building has two floors. Materniti house is designed for 60 children and 15 employees. Building serves as a pre-school institution for the education of children. The buiding has a load-bearing wall system. The outer walls, load–bearing walls and partitions are from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. Wall is insulated with mineral wool BAUMIT thickness of 100 mm. The ceilings are made of prestressed hollow panels Spiroll HCE 250 thickness of 250 mm. The roof of building is part of the aisle, made of wooden trusses with an inclination of 12°. Truss consists of hunter cased sloping roof. The second part of building consists of single-layer flat roof. The facade is part of non-ventilated and ventilated by fiber-cement boards CEMBRIT. Windows are plastic DESIGN by VEKRA. Balcony two-doors are plastic VEKRA CLASITIC VD. Entrance two-doors are wooden VEKRA NATURA 68.

New residential house in Veselí nad Lužnicí. Residential house is located in a flat terrain. It has two floors. House is a partial basement. The vertical and horizontal load-bearing structure are of the system POROTHERM. The roof is flat with single casting.

Free software licenses

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to deal with the topics related to public software licenses, their use, their properties in the form of specific contractual agreements (license aspects), mutual compatibility and followingly take this information and systemize it of a form of an information portal, which is the practical output of this thesis. At the beginning of the thesis, the current issue of why public software licenses are used today and how they are legally perceived is examined. Emphasis is placed on Czech law in the context of civil code and copyright law and with them associated licensing agreements, since the vast majority of the license terms of the world-wide used free software licenses is only written in English, and the terminology is based on the United States legal system. Consequently, the nomenclature and the necessary terms for working with the license terms are unified. In the main part of the thesis specific licenses are selected according to their relative usage and their characteristics based on relevant market surveys. These chosen licenses and their license agreements are analyzed more in-depth. Specific contractual agreements of said license agreements are expanded upon whilst being named in the thesis as “license aspects”. In the practical part of the thesis is described a solution for a web information portal, which should serve the laic as an initial view on the issue of public software licenses. The site addresses the issues of selecting a specific public software license for its original work (software), introducing specific licenses and comparing them based on analyzed licensing aspects, compatibility of more public software licenses in a larger composite software unit in which the individual software components of the whole are licensed under various public software licenses. Also, the consequences of choosing one of the selected public software licenses for the future of the software are described. At the end of the thesis, the vision of the future information portal, its expansion with other functionalities and its overall possible improvement based on feedback from the public are also presented.

The project deals with the construction of a multipurpose building in Šumperk with three floors and a basement. It has 4 apartments and 2 on the ground floor premises. The building is located on the outskirts of Šumperk on flat terrain. The house is designed in a walled structural system Heluz with ceramic caps. The building is covered with a gable roof. Part of the project documentation is part of the drawing and text.
Admiistration building

The administration building is designed as a barrier-free standalone new building in the cadastral area of Púchov – city. The designed building has 8 storeys, from which the 1. Floor consists of pantry area, restaurant, club, printing and sales space with their own entrance, 2. Floor, 3. Floor, 4. Floor, 5. Floor, 6. Floor serves as the office space, 7. Floor as the lift service space. In the 1. Sublevel there are composed lay-by and parking areas in number of 23, substation and technical building back-up. The building is settled in the private parcels 49/37, 49/38, 49/68, it is connected to the local road „Námestie slobody“ from the south-west side. Except the building, there is a service road, lay-by and parking areas for the motor vehicles in number of 52, lay-by area for cyclers and green vegetation in the mentioned parcels. The construction of the property is dealt with a monolithic reinofrced concrete skeleton with brick filling, it is covered with flat single roof and it is grounded on the reinforced concrete foundation slab. In the neighbourhood there is a church, residential house-buildings, shops, services, the old riverbed of „Váh“ and a cycle-way. With the height of nearly 30m it will have a status of the city centre dominating feature, after the completion it will create architectural surroundings in the city „Púchov“. By its development, it is expected the increase of work facilities in the mentioned area and improvement of the social services.
