This bachelor’s thesis deals with analysis of present customer satisfaction with products and services because satisfied customers are one of the most important factors affecting success of a company. The analysis of customer satisfaction is realized in the company KOVONA SYSTEM a.s. and based on questionnaire which is sent to clients to fill out. The output of this thesis includes proposals which should increase the customer satisfaction.
