Two-generation family house with business premises

A subject of bachelor thesis is design of new building two-generation family house with business premises. The building is divided into two functional parts. The individual functional parts have a separate entrance and are not dispotionally interconnected. Family house is designed as two-generational with basement. On the first floor there is an apartment for a family of three and on the second floor, which is designed as a residential attic, there is an apartment for a family of four. The one-storey establishment serves as a design office. The building is located in the town of Valašské Meziříčí, district of Vsetín. The surrounding area consists of family houses. The building is based on foundation strips made of plain concrete. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and concrete blocks of lost formwork. Horizontal structures are designed as prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and MIAKO ceramic inserts. The supporting structure of the roof above the family house is solved by a purlin truss. The roof above the premises is designed as a walkable flat roof.
