Imlauf, Vítězslav ; Pilinszki, Martin (referee) ; Beneš, Petr (advisor)
The subject of the thesis is the design of a multifunctional building in Jičín, which includes underground parking garages with cellars, technical facilities, administrative parts, commercial premises, medical facilities and apartments. The building is a five-story detached building with a full basement. The floor plan of the building is an irregular polygonal shape approaching the letter L. The structural system of the building is designed as a combined monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton with reinforcing reinforced concrete wall cores and ceilings. The foundation structures are made up of a foundation slab with foundation belts made of waterproof concrete placed on drilled piles. The roofing consists of a single-layer flat vegetation roof. The perimeter shell of the above-ground floors is designed from aerated concrete blocks with a contact insulation system made of mineral basalt wool.
