Apartment building
Stehlík, Štěpán ; Svoboda, David (referee) ; Čuprová, Danuše (advisor)
This abstract summarizes the main points of the bachelor's thesis. The aim was to create a comprehensive design for a new apartment building, with a focus on incorporating architectural, urbanistic, and technical requirements in accordance with current legislation and technical standards. The project documentation includes detailed drawings, structural composition proposals, product listings, and solutions regarding acoustics, daylighting, and thermal engineering. The documentation also provides information about the layout of individual residential units, common areas of the building, technical facilities, and the concept of ventilation, heating, and hot water supply. The goal was to create a high-quality and sustainable living environment. The surrounding buildings consist of family houses or apartment buildings with flat roofs, with a maximum height of 12 meters from the adjacent terrain. The new construction has been designed taking this into account. The building is partially basement with stepped foundation structures, comprising one underground level and three above-ground levels. It is situated on its own plot of land. The roof is a flat non-accesible roof (intended only for inspections and maintenance purposes), and the ceilings are made of monolithic reinforced concrete. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of therm-type ceramic blocks. The building insulation is implemented using an External Thermal Insulation Composite System (ETICS). Additionally, parking spaces for the residents are provided on the plot of land.
