Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of Polytopic Vertebral Algic Syndrome of Cervical and Lumbar Spine Summary: The aim of this thesis is to summarize theoretical findings about issue of vertebral algic syndrome and on this basis, elaborate the case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of polytopic vertebral algic syndrome of cervical and lumbar spine. The topics of theoretical part of this thesis are anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, exact definition of this diagnosis including etiology and pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, possibilities of investigation and treatment. The practical part is formed by case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of polytopic VAS of cervical and lumbar spine, which was elaborated during clinical work placement at Rehabilitation Clinic of Královské Vinohrady, University Hospital in Prague, in the term from 19. 1. 2015 to 13. 2. 2015.
