A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the left knee joint

Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the left knee joint Objectives: The aim of the thesis is to process a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprothesis of the left knee joint. The case study was made during practise in the CLPA in Prague, based on the theoretical knowledge processed in the first part of the thesis. Methods: The case study consists of initial kinesiological examination, short-term and long- term physiotherapeutical plan, suggestion of therapy, nine described therapeutic units, final kinesiological examination and evaluation of the therapy effects. Results: Evaluation of the therapy effects clarifies positive improvement in the most key values. Keywords: knee joint, total endoprothesis, alloplasty, gonarthrosis, physiotherapy, case study
