Dolečková, H. Proposal communication strategy business firm focused on the segment of "seniors" with an emphasis on the use of social networks. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2018. The subject of my bachelor thesis is the formulation of on proposal of a communication strategy for business companies focused on seniors making use of social networks. By means of a questionnaire survey (n=284), the behaviour of seniors on the Internet and on other social networks, particularly on the Facebook social network, has been explored and described in detail. From the primary data results a communication strategy is proposed as a help for the business companies to reach this segment. Achieved results can also serve as an auxialiary material for single companies, operating in different branches, to develop their own communication strategy.
