The goal of this bachelor thesis is to prepare a business plan for a children's party planner agency and evaluate the real economic advantage. Thematically, the thesis is divided into two parts. The first part includes theoretical background, basic characteristics and principles for drawing up the plan. The second chapter is a practical part, which forms the actual business plan according to the structure described in the theoretical section. It contains a brief description of the company (vision, mission, goals), details of the service portfolio, PEST analysis, marketing and financial plans. The financial plan also covers an assessment of the startup costs of the project. The end of the chapter provides a SWOT analysis and proposals to reduce and eliminate the found weaknesses and threats.
