Virtual laboratory modul development
Volf, Lukáš ; Novotný, Marek (referee) ; Vaško, Cyril (advisor)
Virtual laboratory is project aimed at creation of modern teaching instrument, which should help to students of microelectronics, but not only them, to understand questions of surface mount technology and packaging in electrotechnics. This work deals with analysis one of substantial part of the project, which is creation of interactive animations helping to understand questions of a given problems. In this work are described partial technological processes and their sequential application into interactive multimedia format.
Distance Practical Education of Electric Machines
Šelepa, Jan ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Hájek, Vítězslav (advisor)
This work contains scheme of practical point of distance training in the field of electric machines. It consits of three parts nessesary for consistence of entire work. In first part we have a description of data networks used to communication with virtual laboratory. Further there is a list and description of software fit for our study. These are programs capable of controling measurements, e.g. . LabView, Control Web, TestPoint, ScopeWin etc. In second part we have selection of measurment experiment. As experiment i measured the effectivness of three-phase transformer. The values archieved during the experiment where recorded and processed into form of graph and tables. In last part i used processed results to create functional simulation of measurement using MS Excel software. Further i calculated characteristics for equivalent circuit diagram of the transformer, that where equivalent to the real values measured in laboratory.
Virtual oscilloscope
Hoferková, Kateřina ; Pikula, Stanislav (referee) ; Šedivá, Soňa (advisor)
This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of a virtual oscilloscope used primarily for study purposes. The virtual oscilloscope is created in LabVIEW environment. The application also includes a function generator with two outputs. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of function generator and oscilloscope, and also describes the LabVIEW environment and its possibilities for creating a virtual measuring instrument. The practical part of the thesis describes creating of a two-channel virtual oscilloscope, which is inspired by the Siglent SDS1000X series oscilloscope. The thesis also includes two laboratory tasks prepared for this virtual oscilloscope.

Computer predictions of cell movement
Bednář, Vojtěch ; Mrázová, Iveta (referee)
Title: Computer predictions of cell movement Author: Vojtěch Bednář Department: Department of Applied Mathematics Supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Zdeněk Hedrlín, CSc. Supervisor's e-mail address: zdenek@kam.mff.cuni.cz Abstract: This work is focused on computer modelling of cells' behavior. Emphasis is layed on dynamics of cell structures creation. Our model is based on so called zygotic graph, which defines production of ligands by the cell in respose to it's chemical environment. This graph is widened with cell movement definition in direction of the highest concentration of the most seen substance. There are two topics modelled. Differentiation of homogenous tissues and angiogenesis. Part of the work is a simulation program. Experiences with performing of virtual experiments in it gives to the user a suitable frame of understanding of given topic. We show, that the number of isolated differentiated cells could be regulated by one quantitative parameter. Next, it seems, that a two - dimensional layout of a homogenous tissue could be in particular sense more suitable for differentiation, than in one - dimensional case. The work also allows us to see that consumption of environmental chemical supstances by cells could have an important influence on correct micro - vessel network buildup. Keywords: cell, simulation,...

DC machine measurement and analysis using LabView
Loun, Lukáš ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Vítek, Ondřej (advisor)
The virtual laboratory is divided into two groups. The first group is comprised of a virtual laboratory for simulation. It is mostly used for presentation and demonstration purposes. It is not necessary to install complicated and expensive software for their use. The second group of the virtual laboratory is a long distance measure. Real systems are measured with the help of this laboratory. The advantage of long distance measuring is that data from the measurements are saved directly onto the personal computer and they can be immediately evaluated. In this project the procedure for creating a virtual instrument for long distance measuring is described in the LabVIEW program. LabVIEW is a graphic developmental environment, for the measuring and analysis of data.
