Mechanical Design of Semi-Trailing Arm Suspension
Vondrák, Zdeněk ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This thesis is concerned with Semi-trailing arm suspension on racing car Škoda 130RS of group V. Kinematic analysis of suspension has been performed as well as stress analysis of single parts. On basis of these analysis, suspension design has been created. Design of suspension and fixtures are solved with regard to simplicity of manufacture, reduction of weight and reduction of maximal stresses. Adjustment of geometry of suspension (toe and camber) is realised by changing the position of fixtures on the body.

Binocular vision
Brňák, Jan ; Hozman, Jiří (referee) ; Fedra, Petr (advisor)
This masters thesis deals with the physiology of binocular vision people for obtaining two dimensional spatial perception of images with glasses. There are developed theoretical part of the physiology of vision, then writing available methods that are now widespread for obtaining stereoscopic scene. The work also describes shooting dynamic scene using a pair of identical cameras. It focuses mainly on OFF-AXES method and deals with the topic of the settings stereoscopic base. There is also realized a practical part, which works with the capture dynamic scenes using video cameras with a automatic control of cameras distance. Automatic control is performed using the parallel port and a stepper motor. For this purpose it is designed to work in hardware support and a program for mutual communication. Filmed a short movie was screened to a group and those observers evaluated the parameters that were specified in the created poll.

Wheel Alignment for race cars
Vanda, Marek ; Hejtmánek, Petr (referee) ; Porteš, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of device for measuring wheel alignment and set- up of race car chassis. The real prototype of measuring device based on previous theoretical design has been made. The measuring procedure is mentioned as well. Another part is focused on factors affecting accuracy of measurement. The last part contains evaluation and discussion of gained results based on several measurements that have been done with prototype of measuring device.

Wheel Alignment Measuring Systems
Kliš, Kamil ; Blaťák, Ondřej (referee) ; Hejtmánek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with issues of wheel alignment measuring systems. The prime chapter of this bachelor thesis specifies the basic parameters of the wheel suspension geometry. In the next chapter of wheel alignment measuring systems are described. In the final chapter I was dealing with development of the measuring devices and modern trends.
