Preparing teachers to work with gifted students

The diploma thesis focuses on the preparation of teachers for work with gifted pupils at primary schools of mainstream education. The aim of the thesis is to describe possible educational practices and to analyze the methods of work that teachers can apply in the process of educating gifted pupils at a regular primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of giftedness, its models and classification. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the identification of gifted individuals, especially teachers, on basic approaches in the education of gifted pupils and also focuses on the education of teachers for working with gifted pupils. The research part of the thesis describes the research itself, which is solved by a mixed design of quantitative and qualitative approach. The quantitative research was carried out through a questionnaire survey and we used semi-structured interviews to collect data as part of the qualitative research. 81 respondents took part in the questionnaire survey and four respondents were subsequently contacted for semi-structured interviews. These were three teachers and one special educator working in a mainstream primary school. This bachelor thesis focuses on the use of material teaching aids in the field of Mechanical Electrical Engineer - Information Technology. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the available didactic teaching aids and material re-sources for teaching in vocational training and to describe the possibilities of fi-nancing teaching resources for schools. The thesis consists of four chapters, which focus on introduction to the field, didactic teaching aids, material resources and financing. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the results of the teaching framework in the field of Mechanical Electrical Engineer - Information Technology.

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of material didactic tools in the teaching of vocational training at the Polytechnic Secondary School in the field of carpentry. The theoretical part focuses on the essence, description and distribution of teaching aids in the implementation of teaching. It presents the didactic technique that the OV teacher has at his disposal and how the choice of an appropriate means will make the transmission of didactic information more effective. It secondarily helps create a positive relationship with the field of education, moves into the realm of intellectual and material heritage, and thus contributes to the development of humanity and future generations. The empirical part of the bachelor thesis contains research to determine the use of material teaching aids by pedagogues and their satisfaction with the current level of these aids. The second part of the research aims to compare the level of material teaching aids in education from the point of view of vocational training teachers compared to companies in the private sector. How familiar the students of this field are with the use and with which resources they can work according to the profile of the graduate.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design worksheets for the field of flower seller – florist, which should serve as a teaching aid for teaching the subject of vocational training and the subject of floristry. The theoretical part is focused on using various written sources during the teaching process. It explains the meaning and characteristics of the field of floristry and the basic division of teaching aids. In the practical part, I dealt with designing teaching aids (worksheets), their creation, use and contribution to professional training and recommendations for pedagogical practice, which will serve not only to pupils, but also teachers. In the application part, the aim was to carry out qualitative pedagogical research (structured interview) based on the use of worksheets in practice with three respondents from the subjects of floristry and professional training. The result was an analysis and comparison of the interviews based on the questions for the teachers.

The bachelor‘s thesis deals with the issue of didactic means in the teaching of bookbinder. The theoretical part is based on the study of professional publications. In the introduction it describes the school and its organization of vocational training. Then the didactic means and division. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the use of material resources in teaching, as well as the use of worksheets in vocational training.

The bachelor‘s thesis on the topic of the school diary as an aid in studying at a secondary vocational school is devoted to the creation of a teaching aid for secondary school pupils. It should make it as effective as possible for the organization of the school year and motivate students to plan and manage their own time management. The theoretical part characterizes the basic concepts, didactic resources, teaching aids, didactic principles, student motivation and time management. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of the study of professional literary sources, their analysis and synthesis of the obtained information and subsequent comparison. In the practical part, the aim is to create a student diary, which will, with its personalized modules, support the correct planning of the school year for high school students as much as possible. The implementation of the diary will be preceded by a survey of the competition market and a questionnaire solution regarding the content of the diary sent to high school students.
Use of autor's didactical aids in the curricula of selected organ systems of human body at lower-secondary level

The master thesis aimed to design, create and verify the use of author's teaching aids in teaching selected organ systems of the human body at elementary school. The theoretical part describes the methods and forms of teaching that can be chosen in connection with the use of teaching aids in teaching. It deals more with examples of activation methods that are suitable for use in combination with traditional methods and forms of teaching, especially due to the attractiveness and the suppress for stereotypes in teaching, but also as a tool for developing student´s creativity. The technology of 3D printing is also mentioned. It was used in the creation process of one of the author's didactic aids - drawing templates. The section devoted to methodology describes the procedure for creating didactic materials. First, selected textbooks of natural history for the secondary school were studied thoroughly, followed by an acquaintance with didactic aids/games offered by today's market online and in stores in the Czech Republic. The next subchapter explains the choice of topics for the creation of aids related to the results of interviews with teachers in practice and also the conclusions from other qualifications and professional studies. The final part describes the specific author's teaching aids - templates, worksheets with animations created in Doodly software, the card game Quartet and Dobble and puzzles. The verification of these aids was mostly carried out through a questionnaire survey, due to unauthorized personal contact with students in schools due to COVID.
Physics teaching at elementary schools as a basis of specialized education at secondary vocational school

The thesis describes the use of professional examples from plumbing practice in teaching physics. The theoretical part describes the educational field of physics and physics education. There is also created a content and didactic analysis of teaching physics at primary school in terms of vocational subjects in the field of Plumber. The focus of the practical part is to create electronic teaching materials and teaching aids with a focus on the Plumber apprenticeship. It is then investigated how pupils and teachers evaluate the use of professional examples in their lessons and homework.
