Organizing as a managerial function in Market Economy

The main subject of my bachelor work is the company named OOO Company PROTON. Main aim of my diploma is to determine and analyze the process of organization as a function of management in market environment. As an example is taken Company PROTON being more precise its field of activity to improve the process of organization. OOO Company PROTON is one of the first companies dealing with resettlement of country houses, namely services necessary for living gas, water supply and etc In there was made a decision to unite several companies under one brand Comfort segment. The bachelor diploma is divided on three main parts. In the first part are mentioned sources, place and role in the management system. The second part characterizes company and its economical activity. The last part includes how to improve the process of organization and the companies prospects.
