IT requirements management of insurance company

The first part of thesis deals with theoretical knowledge, thus defining the concepts of recommendations from the field of requirements management. The second part focuses on the identification, analysis and subsequend design solutions to problems arising from working with the requirements. Methods for identifying problems are carried out workshop, participant observation and interviews with employees from the IT sector of the insurance company. The outputs of this work are proposals for improving requirements management, some of them are successfully applied in Kooperativa. The first draft, which was applied to create a process library. Further, of four different types of prioritization was selected and applied method that is defined by ITIL. Other outputs are design of new user interface of requirements software and starting to design a Change Advisory Board, which is compared to ITIL enhanced with additional features. Further was established Business Consultant Department, which has task of efficiently collecting client requirements and the supporting documents were created for this department.
Hodnocení rozvojového potenciálu brownfields na území Kraje Vysočina

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the development potential of brownfields in the Vysočina Region. The evaluation is based on the method od prioritization. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of brownfields and a list of methods that deal with the evaluation of the development potential. The seconf part is focused on analyzing the situation of brownfields of the study area. In the third part the summary indicator is made, which is composed of two dimensions, the potential development of municipalities in whose territory the brownfields and the potential development of brownfield sites. Results of the work are shown in the cartogram. The results are specific recommendations that brownfields should be regenerated primarily in the investigated area.
Development potential of brownfields in the South Moravian Region

The Diploma Thesis is dedicated to the evaluation of development potential of brownfields within the territory of South Moravian Region, Czech Republic. Due to the characteristic differences of the examined area is the evaluation created separately for the city of Brno itself and for the rest of the region, excluding the area of Brno. The evaluation is based on the system of prioritization which comes out from existing, updated databases of brownfields. The results represent concrete recommendations about which particular brownfields should be initially regenerated. Within the prioritization regarding the territory of the city of Brno are the brownfields evaluated also with the concern of their supposed future way of utilization. The results of the work are depicted in respective cartograms.
