Orbital welding in terms of nuclear power plant Temelin
Toman, Petr ; Šnajdárek, Ladislav (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the selection of a suitable system for Orbital welding of impulse pipe at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant. The aim of this work is to describe the current TIG method of manual welding, to describe the available Orbital welding technology, to select a suitable type of kit and to design an experiment to compare the products of individual manufacturers.
Increasing production effectiveness of flue exchanger
Sigmund, Ota ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The content of the bachelor thesis is technical and ekonomic evaluation of new more efficient production of flue gas heat exchanger of cogeneration machines, where the current method of producing was replaced by new modern production technologies in machining and welding.
Comparison of hand and orbital welding by TIG method
Dušek, Vojtěch ; Hála, Michal (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
DUŠEK VOJTĚCH: Comparison of hand and orbital welding by TIG method This bachelor thesis presents a comparison of manual and orbital TIG welding. It describes the advantages and disadvantages of manual and orbital TIG welding. Mechanical properties, surface structure and heat input on the weld samples were experimentally compared. Thesis also includes technical-economic comparison of these two methods of welding.
Pipe welding of stainless steel and titanium
Dušek, Vojtěch ; Sigmund, Marian (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
This master's thesis deals with the selection and evaluation of the appropriate welding technology for stainless steel and titanium alloys. Describes advantages and disadvantages of selected technologies. The experiment compares the mechanical properties, the heat input and the resulting surface structure of the welded samples. In conclusion, the thesis deals with the technical - economic evaluation of selected welding technologies.
Orbital welding assembly welds in the Nuclear Power by the TIG method
Lukášek, Zdeněk ; Mrňa, Libor (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
The Bachelor's thesis looks at the possibility of using orbital welding by the TIG method on mounting welds in JE Dukovany. In the opening section, we deal with the issue of weldability, primarily carbon steels. Furthermore, the work focuses on TIG welding technology, both in the manual and mechanised way it details, including the advantages and disadvantages of both variants. In the experimental section, five test samples of ferric-perlithic material pipes were welded. The samples were assembled to simulate possible combinations that occur during pipeline assembly. Non-destructive and destructive controls followed, verifying the quality and mechanical properties of the resulting weld joints. In conclusion, the results of the trials were assessed and evaluated.
