Lucie Myšková Most children in institutional care have their families and are in contact with them, but for various reasons these children grow up in a familycan not. We know from scientific works, that there is usually a cold atmosphere, weak interest in children, or violence in these families. But children placed in institutional care positive express of parents, practice show and it is known, that children, who do not live with their parents, idealize them. Children selected in the study were in development of the older school age, which is characterized among other critical look at adults. The work is based on the above-mentioned ambivalence and focuses on the mental representation of parents ofolder school children placed in institutional care. The theme is monitored by using several methods (questionnaire, drawing, interview, determining polarities). The obtained data were quantitative - qualitative processed and compared with similar data obtained in a group of children growing up in a family. Qualitative research of mental representation of " body", "emotions" and "mind" by musical gifted personalities in the reflection of imaginative methods

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to explore what mental representations of ?body?, ?emotion? and ?mind? occur in music oriented personalities. In the theoretical part I will deal with topics of personality, character, physical constitution theory, emotion, thought, consciousness and the unconscious mental representation. A qualitative approach was used for research in which the grounded theory and open interviews was used. The method of data collection will take place through imagination exercises and in-depth interviews.

One of the most significant human instrument is language. On the one hand it makes communication and coordination with another individuals possible and on the other hand its meaning is crucial just within the scope of one person, whereas it acts as outer reality comprehension and handling instrument. This thesis describes the relation between a man and information that are presented in the form of language. Due to the utilization of the most important topics reaching the Cognitive science, Systems science or for instance philosophy, it forms compact framework appropriate for setting more exercisable point of view. Thus the thesis content itself contains topics primarily fundamental to the personal meaning and concretely it reflects essential ideas on the topic of benefits, application and the human dependence on language. The finale is devoted to the evaluation and the creation of conclusions about more suitable approaches in the context of the current, modern era.
