This thesis deals with the representation of the origin of problem, which is ex-pertly called reflux. The thesis includes modeling of the human body and digestive system, the animation of the origin of problem and creating the interactive 3D application.

The aim of bachelor thesis was to study the factors that can affect the speed of movement of owners and their dogs on walks. Observations were made at selected locations in Brno. Totally, 647 dogs with their owners were observed. Owners with their dogs walked most frequently. Owners with medium dogs mostly ran. The body weight of owners had an effect on the weight of their dogs. Most owners had their dogs on a leash. The most common manifestation of the specific behavior of the owner was jerking by the leash. In conclusion, dogs have an impact on the physical activity of their owners.
Monitoring a správanie medveďa hnedého (Ursus arctos) v krajinnom celku Poľana (Slovenské stredohorie)

This thesis provides to reader an overview of the literature, including basics of biology and ethology of a brown bear, its expansion in Slovakia with an approach to the territory of Poľana, the basics of monitoring and counting the brown bear population and the interaction of bears with humans. It contains population growth and decrease on the frequency of the bear in the past, regulation of the frequency, and invasive and non-invasive method of counting and monitoring. Additionally, it provides information on the issue of the brown bear in terms of its synanthropic behavior, agriculture and dangerous encounters with humans in the world and in Slovakia. Part of the work is also the evaluation of monitoring the behavior of bears in the area of Poľana, their population numbers for 2019, damage caused by brown bears in 2016 - 2019, as well as attacks or encounters of bears with humans in the monitored area of Poľana and adjacent areas.

The bachelor thesis focuses on communication and interaction between teachers and students in a vocational secondary school. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The main aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis is first to define communication and everything related to it. More specifically, it deals with pedagogical communication, rules and actors of communication, interaction, and also communication between teachers and students in the time of the COVID- 19 pandemic. The theoretical part uses the method of analyzing the literature and comparing it with different professional theories. The main objective of the practical part of this bachelor thesis is to find out how teaching and assessment of students took place during the pandemic COVID -19. Also, how communication between teachers and students took place during the pandemic. The exploratory investigation is conducted through a questionnaire survey. The respondents are second and third year students of two selected fields of education at a secondary school in Brno. The data that are obtained are recorded in tables and then graphically represented in charts. Conclusions will be drawn from the results.
A Case Study: Analysing Repair of Children's Speech

This thesis explores how repair of children's speech contributes to their linguistic development. It examines the role of repair in child language acquisition and analyses different ways of providing the repair. The data for the analysis were sourced from the CHILDES database, focusing on transcripts of everyday interactions between two children and their family and caregivers during activities such as conversations, toy play, and painting. Employing the methodology of Conversation Analysis (CA), the research aims to highlight the importance of interaction and to explore how parents can foster their children's linguistic development through effective repair strategies.
