The aim of this thesis is to design a educational toy for Technical museum in Brno. Thesis tries capture the entire proces of product design, which results in subsequent formation of a functional prototype. The first part deals with the general analysis of the issue, history overview and clarification of other facts necessary to create high-quality design. In the next section, the work seeks to bring design and initial thoughts on the knowledge gained to create a concept and consequently the model that makes it possible to verify the functionality and feasibility. The final part dedicated to the manufacturing of the prototype, from production planning through to final completion and presentation of the product at the exhibition.

The bachelor thesis' topic is the teaching of critical thinking by high school teachers. Its main aim is to identify and describe the current aspects influencing the teaching of critical thinking by the teachers. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part aims to summarize the most important aspects of the subject to make clear: What critical thinking is; how it has evolved historically and what it relates to; which student backgrounds make it easier to learn it; why it is essential; what though processes prevent students from thinking critically; which tactics and methods can be used to develop critical thinking among high school students. Available professional information sources are used to elaborate the theoretical part of the thesis. The gathered information is analyzed, compared and synthesized. The focus of the practical part is to answer the main research question: How do high school teachers teach critical thinking? The research survey is using the qualitative approach. The main method of data collection is semi-structured in-depth interviews conducted with selected high school teachers. The experiences of their day-to-day practice are described. The findings are used to deduce possible teaching recommendations. The selected high school teachers were chosen as respondents to the research based on a presumed better knowledge of critical thinking, either due to the subjects they teach or their professed focus on critical thinking.

The introductory part of this Bachelor thesis focuses on various didactic methods, especially on activating methods of teaching. Special attention is paid to the methods which are used by museum educators. The author concentrates on museum pedagogy as well as on educational potential of museums. In the case study of the Children's Museum MZM in the town of Brno the essential requirements for developing interactive exhibits are presented. The possibilities of cooperation between the Children's Museum and secondary schools as well as the part of museums in accomplishing the educational aim of secondary schools are summarized in this work. In the second practical part of this paper the author presents the review of educational methods used in the Children's Museum MZM in Brno and studies the importance of didactic aids in the museum educators' work. In addition, there is a concept of a didactic game to be used by secondary school students as an activating issue in the exhibition of natural history in the Children's Museum together with the detailed instructions how to make the didactic aids used in this game.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the topic of material teaching aids used in practi-cal teaching. In the theoretical part, the area of didactics of speciality subjects, nonmaterial and mainly material teaching aids, their classification, application and purpose are examined through a method of literature retrieval (analysis, synthe-sis and comparison). The aim of the practical part is the preparation of a teaching day for the first, second and third year of Plumbing Apprenticeship with as most and as effective as possible usage of distinct material teaching aids useful for this field of study. These teaching days will be completed with photodocumentation.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the use of digital technologies in education and the use of digital technologies by high vocational school teachers. The specific goal of the bachelor's thesis is to get acquainted, describe, schedule and interpret the use of digital technologies in the work activities of high vocational school teachers. The work is divided into theoretical and empirical part. The theoretical part contains a description of basic concepts in the field of digital technologies and didactics. The theoretical part incorporates the advantages from the perspective of teachers, the overall disadvantages of digital technologies and the disadvantages of e-learning. The theoretical part ends with a view to the future in connection with digital technologies and the strategy of educational policy of the Czech Republic until 2030+. The empirical part contains a description of a research survey, which was focused on finding an answer to the main research question: How do high vocational school teachers use digital technology in their work activities? The method of in-depth semi-structured interview was chosen as the main method of data collection within the empirical survey. The respondents were 5 teachers working at a high school for the disabled.

Bachelor thesis called: „Project of textbook for specialized subject of Forest grow-ing“ is dealing with creation of real didactic tool, specifically textbook , for necessi-ties of teaching specialized subject Forest growing in graduation class of Forestry Highschool at Hranice. This textbook was created in concordance with study syl-labus of subject, so it can be used then in real, directly at teaching. Main objective of bachelor thesis was to create actual, synoptic and didacti-cally well structured textbook, which will serve students as preparation for clas-ses and as well for preparation for oral and practical graduation. Theoretical part of thesis is focused on analysis, comparation and synthesis of available specialized literature, with the aim to describe and define the contri-bution of didactics and didactic principles, with a closer focus on creation of text-books and learning tools. Practical part of bachelor thesis consists in concrete project of textbook, which is part of annexes of thesis in full. Designed is also short questionnaire, for necessities of evaluation of created textbook by students and pedagogical work-ers of school.

Practical teaching methods, also with material and technical means for professional subjects teaching are described. Theoretical part includes preparation for a professional subject. The practical part is focused on the design of a model for professional subjects teaching in schools specialized in agriculture and the introduction of information and communication skills in teaching.

This bachelor’s thesis elaborates on the use of contemporary didactic means by teachers at secondary vocational schools. The theoretical part of the work aims to define basic concepts concerning contemporary didactic means and their distribu-tion. The methods used in the theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis are study of professional literary sources, electronic Czech and foreign sources, production of extracts, their analysis, comparison, and subsequent synthesis. In practical terms, the aim is to find out what teachers' attitudes are to the use of contemporary di-dactic means, how they use them in teaching and how they involve pupils in the use of contemporary didactic means during teaching. The data collection tool is a questionnaire designed for the purpose of the survey. The questionnaire data are processed using descriptive statistics.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of teaching aids in teaching the field of cosme-tic services. The definition, function and division of teaching aids are included. A large part of it describes mainly material didactic means including instrumentation. The list of resources is given information about their characteristics and clarification of functions, supplemented by illustrations. The obvious part is devoted to the environment in which the teaching takes place. The content of the theoretical part is a brief outline of the historical concept of cosme-tics. Furthermore, under what conditions are students admitted to this field, their com-petencies, application and completion of studies. The aim of the work is to find out what didactic means students at secondary schools of this field are acquainted with and with which they can work. Whether they are ready to work in this sector according to the equipment of schools. Part of the work is a questionnaire survey of students studying or graduating in this field.
