Apartment house Milevsko

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new apartment building in Milevsko. The building is designed with one underground floor, 4 above-ground residential floors and the fifth floor serves for an Access to the roof and the elevator engine room. On the upper floors there are commercial spaces, house equipment and 10 flats. In the basement are located a collective garage and a common warehouse. The apartments on the second and third floor have a balcony and on the 4th floor there are VIP apartments with spacious terraces. The horizontal construction system consists of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The vertical construction system in the basement is made of reinforced concrete monolithic structure. The above-ground part of the building is masonry. In the place of terraces the rous are designed as flat and walkable and part o fit is with vegetation.The rest of the roofs are designed as a flat roof with pathless sdjustment. The bachelor's thesis contains project documentation for the construction.

The assigned bachelor's thesis deals with a part of the project documentation in the stage for the construction of a multi-functional house. In the bachelor's thesis, part of the architectural-construction solution assigned by the supervisor and part of the structural solution assigned by a consultant from the Institute of Structural Mechanics were solved. The multifunctional house is situated on a slightly sloping plot in the wider center of Prague. It has one underground and four above-ground floors. The underground floor is designed as a collective garage, in one half of the first above-ground floor there will be common areas of the apartment units, and in the other half a dental office. In the other three above-ground floors, apartments with layouts of 3 + KK to 4 + KK are designed
