This bachelor´s thesis is intended on problems in changes of employment, concretely the change in the place of work. Theoretical part provides view of basic aspects labour law, analytic part provides analyse of concrete company. This work offers a solution of problem temporary declining of workload and profit of company by installation new production and transferring the redundant employees to the new location, thereby the termination of employment will be eliminated.
