Analysis of methods for impact sensing in structures with piezoelectric elements
Široký, Václav ; Hadraba, Petr (referee) ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of impact monitoring in structures with piezoelectric elements. In the theoretical part are presented methods of structure health monitoring with emphasis on impact monitoring and its use in aerospace applications. Furthermore, the concept of creating a cyber-physical system using metamaterial structures with implemented piezoelectric elements is presented. In the practical part are used several experimental platforms, for which is built a data acquisition system from NI company. The processing of the measured data is carried out in the LabVIEW development environment. In it, force response models are created, which are used to evaluate the position and strength of the impact in real time in a stand-alone application.
Measurement system with preamplifier for calibration of vibration sensors
Kaštovský, Jan ; Doseděl, Martin (referee) ; Havránek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a preamplifier for vibration sensors with IEPE interface and also for vibration sensors with charge output. The thesis also deals with a modification of a computer application for a measuring system in LabVIEW. The thesis builds on the already implemented measuring system for secondary calibration of vibration sensors. The results of the secondary calibration of this system with the added preamplifier are compared with the results of a primary calibration.
Design of stand for atmospheric resistors testing
Kerek, Milan ; Hudec, Martin (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
This master’s thesis deals with the design and manufacture of device for testing and verification of functionality of atmospheric resistors produced by IMI CCI Czech Republic. An atmospheric resistor, also called disk stack, is a stack of disks through which the medium flows and the system of labyrinths in disk stack causing a pressure reduction of medium. This thesis describe design of the mechanical parts of stand for atmospheric resistors, choice pneumatic circuit’s components, data acquisition hardware for measuring flow, inlet and outlet pressure, and temperature. The software was created in LabVIEW programming environment. In the end of this paper was done measurement in order to test functionality of test stand and software.
