In my study for the Master´s thesis "Corporate Financial Strategy " I expain terms, such as enterprise financing and its structure, long and short-term financing, external, internal and alternative financing optimum financial structure and its costs.This all I applicated in the study where try to asses the fianancial structura and financing of real company. I analyse the ways how to secure the company´s liquidity and solvency, financial equilibrium and healt by means of the financial analysis of the activity and results of the company.

Non-monetary deposits into basic capital according Czech legislation

This thesis deals with problematic of non-monetary deposits into basic capital of new emergent capital companies per Czech legislation. It is divided into five chapters, four of them are theoretical and the last one is a practical example. Theoretical part deals with definition of capital companies, their authorities, basic capital and ways of founding. Part of accounting deals with evaluation of non-monetary deposits at the depositors and the acquirer and with disclosure of the assets in the balance sheet. The tax section focuses on all major taxes related to deposits. The application part summarizes theoretical knowledge on the example from practice. The main goal of the thesis is to contain the issue in a comprehensive way. Consider the legal, accounting and tax rules that are closely related to non-monetary deposits and show the impact of non-monetary deposits at the acquirer and the depositor.

Foundation and origin of limited company according to Act No. 90/2012 Coll.

In my bachelor thesis is described the procedure of foundation and formation of the limited liability company in the context of legislation changes after 2014. The target is to analyze qualities of the limited liability company in comparison of present and former legislation valid to the end of 2013. The theoretical part of my bachelor thesis deals with general procedure of foundation and formation of the limited liability company considering both legislation changes. The practical part is focused on specific foundation and formation of the limited liability company, considering duties to the public authorities. My proposals to the legislation changes (de lege ferenda) are mentioned in the end of the practical part.

Changes in equity from decision of holders

This Bachelor thesis deals with changes of equity from decision of holders. At the first it limits concepts of equity and basic capital. Consequently it targets the increase and decrease of basic capital including examples for understanding of posting these problems. The next part of this Bachelor thesis presents capital funds and their using like payment of a loss of company. Next is part about net income and its utilization. This part includes two judicatives of Supreme Court. At the end of this Bachelor thesis is mentioned example from practices about redemption of outbound stockholder and the following effect of this departure on the company.
