Residential building
Bednár, Zdenko ; Vlach, František (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of project documentation for the construction of a residential building with nearly zero energy consumption. The aim of the work was to design the building disposition with an appropriately chosen structural and material solution. The residential building is designed on a plot of land located in the northern part of the city of Brno, in the borough Líšeň. The plot of land is characterized by its slightly sloping terrain. The residential building is a free standing building with a rectangular floor plan. The building has 5 floors, where one floor is a collective garage with technical equipment and the other four above-ground floors contain residential units with storage spaces. The above-ground floors consist of a total of nineteen residential units. Parking places with a total of 32, are located in the collective garage and in front of the building. The structural system of the building is designed as a transverse skeleton, supplemented by a wall system on the above-ground floors. The perimeter walls are made of acoustic lime-sand blocks, which are supplemented with mineral wool. The building will be roofed with a single layer green flat roof with extensive greenery. The appearance of the building will be formed by a neutral white plaster, which will be supplemented by anthracite plaster elements in the balcony area. The appearance of the building will be complemented by anthracite window frames, doors and tinkering products. As part of the work, assessments of heating technology, acoustics, lighting and fire safety were carried out. All requirements set by the standard were met.
Detached family house with design studio
Dufek, Tomáš ; Žižka, Lukáš (referee) ; Vajkay, František (advisor)
The project addresses the new family house with design studio. It also dealt a double garage and parking for design studio. The building is designed in steep terrain. The building is designed Porotherm (masonry+ insulation system, ceilings). Roofing, flat roof construction. Thermal transmittance conform to the recommended values according to.
Load bearing RC structure of the multiple dwelling
Janisch, Filip ; Perla, Jan (referee) ; Šimůnek, Petr (advisor)
The project deals with the lower part of the construction of a residential building. The parking spaces are situated in three underground floors. The five floors occur in the over-ground part of the building. The building is based on the secant walls of Milan around the perimeter. Internal walls and columns are supported with micropiles. In this project are designed base plate, external walls and stairs. Static system and the calculation of the internal forces was carried out in Scia Engineer 2012 Student version.
Sewage pumping station
Kustyánová, Orsolya ; Šulák, Pavel (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and assessment of all supporting parts of a reinforced concrete sewage pumping station in the village Vrbice u Velkých Pavlovic. The main parts of the thesis are the technical report, static analysis, drawing documentations and visualisations. Calculation of internal forces was performed by the software Scia Engineer and verified by manual calculation. The drawing documentation consists of shape and reinforcement drawings of supporting parts.
Influence of subsoil stiffness on base plate deflection
Podolák, Patrik ; Zich, Miloš (referee) ; Strnad, Jiří (advisor)
The work deals with the analysis of the deflection of the base plate, which is located on the not-known subsoil. The survey of the bedrock found unevenness of the base soil and the presence of imported soil, which is mixed with construction waste. Around the perimeter of the board there are foundation belts, and in the center there is only the mentioned foundation plate. The structure is loaded with internal load-bearing walls 200 mm thick. under which there is no foundation belt. The aim of the work is to assess possible variants of the bedrock and thus prevent possible material damage. Static load calculation will be performed manually and the subsequent design model will be performed in Scia Engeneer.
Technical inspection station
Smolík, Jindřich ; Moravcová, Eva (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
This thesis deals with a new building technical control station, office space and hotel. The building is situated on three floors, on the first floor we find technical inspection station and office premises manual technical lines. On the second floor there are offices. On the third there is a hotel. The building is designed by a rectangular shape with a flat roof and on the third floor there is a trafficable terrace. The supporting structure consists masonry Porotherm and reinforced concrete system columns, which is found only on the first floor. The supporting structure of tensioned ceiling consists of prestressed beams ceilings Spiroll a concrete slab. External surface finish on the first floor is made up of silicate plaster paste and the remaining two floors are made of ventilated facades. Utility room is located on the first floor, from where a chimney Schiedel is build. Most of the floor space in the building are made of a carpet or tiles, only in the service line is epoxy coating
Design of residential house
Moravcová, Eva ; Loudil, Lukáš (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
This is a residential house in Brno. The supporting structure is reinforced concrete. The building has one basement and six floors. Vertical load-bearing structures are made up of reinforced concrete columns and walls. Horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by slabs (bearing in both directions). The staircase is concrete slab. Foundation is on piles. Infill vertical structures are brick. In the fifth floor pool is located.
Structural strengthening of the outbuilding of existing construction
Pelouch, Adam ; Lyčka, Lukáš (referee) ; Girgle, František (advisor)
Diploma thesis is focused on structural assessment and strengthening of the reinforced concrete flor slab disturbed by excessive deflection. Thesis included assesment of the existing construction and design method of strengthening of the floor structure with system using prestressing strands without bond.
Advanced materials, manufacturing and hi-tech components testing for space technology development
