Unbreakable Nightrunners

The video documentary Unbreakable Nightrunners deals with people around the artist, who documents what is happening in the group of which he is a part. The main actors live in the area and know each other from Elementary school. Half of the participants are still students and the other working individuals from different industries. Nightrunners are under 30 years old. Sometimes misunderstood by society and the surrounding area. The group of people she documents did not want to be like other people around. They didn't want to hang out and party. They have a common interest in cars and tuning. People with different views and styles, who always find a topic for conversation and space for joint activities have also a different philosophy of life, which could be summed up in the thesis that „life is a distinctive phenomenon that can not be reduced to mechanical events“. They help each other when something goes wrong, they are in good and bad times together. It documents all the events that the group creates, including ordinary meetings or interviews. It also reflects the fact that the group meets in one particular place and that is the gas station. The name Nightrunners is derived from a chat group on Facebook where they debate in various ways, agree on events, send funny videos and photos or spread new photos of cars and things they saw or were part of.

In a detailed form of thematic analysis it discovers three fundamental myths within the gothic cycle which then examines the semiotic method of Roland Barthes. The first part is dedicated to the specific situation of the film industry and describes the principles of film funding. The second part is focused on the concept of national cinematography in relation to Australia. The third part is dedicated to the gothic imagination and definition of Australian gothic within the contemporary discourse. The fourth part focuses on the term "mythology". The main part of the thesis presents the three myths emerging from the cycle of Australian gothic films. The first one is the myth of the feeling of isolation that focuses on the meaning of an isolated man in the inland and on the alternation of this myth in the form of a person isolated in the society. Diagnostics as such stands side by side with machine repairs in all sectors. Diagnosing faults or damage is the first step of each repair. In this thests I introduce the history of diagnostics and basic diagnostic equipment for diagnostics of cars and agricultural machinery to the readers. The main theme of this work is a detailed project of a diagnostic laboratory with diagnostic equipment, including all furniture and machinery equipment. It also contains a plan for build a laboratory and layout. The result is a complete price calculation suitable for a grant support.
