Analysis, assessment and management of risks of manufacturing process

This thesis focuses on risk management in the production process of Frentech Aerospace, s.r.o. At the beginning the thesis covers the theoretical background of risk management, quality management and safety. This knowledge has been expanded with quality and safety requirements based on international standards. For a proper measurement of the identified hazards, a perfect understanding of the evaluated system is necessary. For this reason, the method of process flow diagrams was used to provide a visual representation of the company's production process, together with a description of the individual production operations. The FTA method was selected to identify the causes of the failure conditions, which provided the basis for the final failure mode and consequence analysis. Due to the systematic approach of risk identification and assessment, the most serious process risks were selected. These are provided in the thesis with recommended preventive suggestions that lead to the minimization of the identified risks.

Verification of prototype must-be quality by customers

The basic requirements represent very significant category of customer requirements in relation to the product quality. The customer does not consider these requirements to communicate the manufacturer because they are automatically expected and customer does not think about them until the moment when the product ceases to carry out them (to satisfy). Nevertheless, it is important to pay appropriate attention to these demands already in pre-production phase. After the prototype production it is necessary to verify the fulfilment of these requirements. The aim of the submitted bachelor theses is analyse the current state in this area and create the procedure for verifying the quality of product prototype by customers, identify customer´s requirements, and finally apply suggested procedure to the specific product.

The aim of my thesis was processing a literature review on the topic: The influence of medicinal plants fertilization on the quality of the product and its use. In the first part I focused on general characteristics of medicinal plants, the substances contained, methods of sowing and planting, storage and elicitation. In the second part of my work was a priority to highlight the differences in cultivation, nutrition and fertilization of various species of medicinal plants further evaluation of the quality of drugs and their use in various fields of modern western medicine.In the third part, I suggested the optimal way of fertilization of selected medicinal plants and suggested processing product technology for private farm.
