The subject of bachelor's thesis is the new construction of an apartment building with near-zero energy consumption and the drafting of documentation for the construction implementation. The apartment building is located in the district of Brno – Nový Lískovec, on Kamínky street. The building is situated on a side street away from the main road. The proposed structure is designed as a standalone, partially basement, with three story building, set into sloping terrain. The basement contains the technical facilities of the apartment building along with storage rooms for individual apartments. On the first floor includes two apartments with their own balconies, as well as communal areas for bicycles and strollers. On the second floor each have two apartments with their own balconies. On the third floor each have two apartments with their own balconies. Next to the building is a parking lot for the apartment owners, behind the building is created a garden for social activities. The apartment building is designed to be barrier-free access thanks to an internal elevator. The structural system of the building is a transverse wall system. The ground floors above are built from ceramic blocks. The perimeter walls of the basement are constructed from concrete blocks with permanent formwork. The horizontal load-bearing structures are semi-prefabricated, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is built on strip foundations and is roofed with a single-layer flat roof.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment building and elaboration of documentation for construction. The apartment building is located in the spa town in Teplice. The proposed building is designed as a separate, basement, with three above -ground floors, seated on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement there is the technical background of the apartment building together with cellar cores for individual apartments. On the first floor there are two apartments and one apartment with its own front garden. On the second floor there are two apartments with their own balconies. On the third floor there are two flats as on the second floor. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is designed barrier -free thanks to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is wall, two -way, above ground floors are brick of ceramic blocks. The peripheral masonry of the basement is bricked from the lost formwork. The horizontal load -bearing structures are prefamonolithic, composed of sweat beams and ceramic inserts Miako. The building is based on the foundation passports and covered with a single -shed flat roof.

The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a partial basement and three floors, located on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement you can find the maintenance room of the building, and the cellar cubicles for the individual apartments. On the first floor there are three apartments with their own front gardens, as well as the common areas of the bike shed, the drying room and also the fitness room. On the second floor there are four apartments with their own terraces. Now, on the third floor there are two very spacious apartments with large terraces. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry of the basement is consist of blocks of permanent formwork. The horizontal structures are prefamonolithic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and covered with a single-layer flat roof.

The subject matter is new family house with rehabilitation clinics in Hronov. The building is divided in part for operating rehabilitation clinic and part intended for housing. The building is set in a gently sloping terrain. The building has a southern part of one floor of the western part of two floors. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The ceiling structure is made of Porotherm ceiling. Roof structure is designed as a warm flat roof about the first floor above the second floor is designed as a mono- pitched roof with a slope of 10 degrees.

The subject of the master´s thesis is a new medical centre with nearly zero energy consumption and the processing of the design documentations for this building construction. The building is located in a quiet area of the village of Lužice near the town Hodonín. It is designed as a detached structure, with a three floors, located on almost flat terrain. On the first floor there are two surgery, facilities for staff, warehouses and technical facilities of the building. There are also two commercial premises - a pharmacy and a cafe. On the second floor there are five surgery, facilities for staff and technical facilities of the building. On the third floor there are five surgery, laboratory, facilities for staff and technical facilities of the building. In front of building and behind of building there is a large parking lot, the medical centre is a barrier-free by to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is a two-way wall system. The perimeter masonry and internal load-bearing masonry is designed from vertically perforated brick blocks with P+D. The internal non-load-bearing masonry is made of vertically perforated brick blocks with P+D and assembled pre-walls from SDK. The horizontal structures are prefamonolitic, composed of POT beams and Miako ceramic inserts. Part of the ceiling structure consists of a reinforced concrete monolithic slab. The building is based on concrete founfation passes and covered with a single-layer flat roof.
