Apartment building

In this bachelor thesis I solve apartment building, which has four floor and cellar. The basement will serve as storage space with technical utilities. Above-ground floors will serve for housing. In the apartment building are 12 flats. In the ground floor are four flats, in the first and second floor are 3 flats and in the last one third floor are two flats. Flats in the third floor excel with terrace, which is covered by sunshade. Building has rectangular plan with dimensions 24,2 x 12,7 m and flat roof. Vertical structure is made of POROTHERM masonry system. Horizontal structure is made of POROTHERM prefabricated rib-and-filler floor. The building is situated in the centre of the village Horní Čermná.
