Digitální platformy a BOZP

Tato příručka se zaměřuje zejména na vztah platformové práce a zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, popisuje psychosociální zátěž pracovníků a specifická rizika, která jsou s platformovou prací spojena, a to zejména s ohledem na algoritmický způsob řízení práce. Při zpracování autorky vycházely zejména z odborné literatury, dostupných studií a průzkumů na toto téma, právních předpisů, soudních rozhodnutí a koncepčních materiálů evropských a mezinárodních institucí. Na závěr jsou uvedeny jako příklady správné praxe možné preventivní přístupy k řešení problematiky platformové práce, a to ze strany digitálních platforem, státních orgánů a institucí v podobě legislativních a nelegislativních opatření, i samotných platformových pracovníků a jejich zástupců.

Introduction of New Control Tools in the Company

The aim of this work is the suggestion of introducing new tools of internal control, preparation and formulation of its questions and proposal of the procedure for the control evaluation including economical evaluation. Considered control tools are meant especially to evaluate the areas of quality, health and safety and personnel’s readiness to perform work. In order to do so, the assembly of the implementation team will be introduced as well as plan of the implementation of controls, and assess of the costs of implementation will be made. Parts of this work will be consulted with the management of LISI Automotive FORM, PLC, so the results of the master’s thesis can be effectively used in practice.

Liability for work injuries and occupational diseases

The objective of the thesis is to analyze the concept of the liability of employer for work injuries and occupational diseases in the Czech Republic. At first, the nature of the basic terms (work injury, ossupational disease, liability for damage) is described. Afterwards, these terms are discussed further in other contexts, for example prevention and compensations of the occupational diseases and work injuries and liability insurance of the employer. In the part of the legal insurance, the thesis offers evaluation of the current legislation and describes the possible new one. The theory and practical examples are compared in the thesis. It is possible to find the real cases of the work injuries, vocational diseases and employers'methods in the text.
