The obejctive of my diploma paper is to determinate negative impact of economic depression on particular company by using strategic management methods and procedures, then on the basis of all analysis set down risks and strategic alternatives which would lead to risks elimination or its impact mitigation. In the practical part, I was applied the external and internal analysis of the enterprise. I also put together a SWOT analysis, from which I have formulated a strategy that the company should in the future implement.
