This bachelor´s thesis addresses the design documentation for the implementation of a family house with an establishment. Type of business premises is engineer´s office intended for one or two designers. The land is located in the urban area of the municipality Ostrožská Lhota. The land is gently sloping terrain. House is designed in a terraced house in a vacant lot, with two floors and an attic. The house is accessed from the local road. The house is designed for a family of four or five members. The entrance to the house is located in the first floor. business premises is in the first floor and input into it is located on the same side hug as the main entrance to the house on the south side of the building. The roof is made gable roof with dormers.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design of detached house with a café situated in town of Mutěnice near Hodonín. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The house is situated on plot number 1609/2 in Mutěnice. Near the house is located class III. roadway and common infrastructure. In front of the building is paved driveway and parking spots for café customers. It is double floored building with one flat suitable for 4 inhabitants in ground floor and coffee house and garage for one 1a class vehicle in basement. Basement level is mostly under surrounding terrain except for its southern fasade which is facing the street. Buildings platform has an irregular shape with dimensions 18,0 by 16,0 meters. Foundations are made from plain concrete. Vertical supporting structures are made from Ytong porous concrete blocks, basement walls are made from concrete blocks as permanent shuttering combined with reinforced concrete. Ceiling is made from reinforced concrete girders with Ytong ceiling blocks. Ceiling above a coffee house is designed as reinforced concrete board. The object has a gable roof which consists of wooden trusses. The ceiling above ground floor is made from gypsum plaster panels with thermal insulation fixed into roof trusses. Above a café is a flat roof which is split in two parts where the first part is made as terrace and the second part is a vegetative green roof. In front of the café and over part of garage is shed roof. This thesis contains study works, project documentation plans and reports, heat engineering calculations, fire safety report and essay dealing with the issue of green roofs.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with a design of a detached house in a particular area in the village Bystrice pod Hostynem. The aim is to create dispositionally logically linked com-plex that will suit the requirements of a modern four or five-member family and will fit into the current development with its own look. The house is designed as a two storey, no basement and with a gabled roof. The garage for one car is structurally and functionally joined with a living area. Peripheral walls are from the SENDWIX system, which is made up of the sand-lime bricks warmed with mineral insulation of rock wool. The orientation of this house to the cardinal points is chosen according to the requirements of sunlight and the thermal comfort of separate rooms. On the south side of the house is a spacious garden which is accessible through the terrace from the living room.

It´s about alone standing a family house with optician and eyes ordination. Structure is being in Velká Bystřice near by Olomouc city. This building has two overgroud floor, without cellar. In groundfloor of the house is a small hall, changing room, bathroom with closet, room for guests, living room with a kitchen and penthouse for a car. From the living rooom is entrance on the teracce. In same floor is also optician, zone for employees, closet and eyes ordination. On the second floor are two rooms, bedroom, bathroom and closet. From the hall is entrance on the teracce. The House is establishment on basement plates of concrete foundations and it was built from Porotherm system. The roof is one cloak flat. Bachelor thesis project solves a family semi-attached house in flat terrain. Terraced house is located on the ground number 1646/302 in the city Havlíčkův Brod, district Horní Žižkov. Built-up area of the house is 104,73m2. The building has two above-ground floors, no basement. The house is designed for four to five people, the rooms are oriented mainly towards the south, part of the house is a garage. Outer and interior bearing walls are designed from the shuttering of the company Velox, interior partitions are made of plasterboard. Ceilings are created from ceiling beams and formwork liners Velox. Terraced house has a saddle roof, roof slope is 15°. Exterior doors and windows are plastic from the company Vekra. Also includes is a seminar paper on the topic of heat pumps in family houses.

Bachelor’s thesis called House with an establishment is done as a documentation for building construction. By the establishment is meant office area which is connected to the house functionally. The object is situated in city of Štípa in new build-up area. House plan is not regular. It has two floors above ground and irregular shape. The saddle roof has skylights with different slope angles (26 or 18 degrees). On the west side of the object there are large terraces. Construction solution is systematic, Porotherm. The baseplate construction is made of concrete.

The subject of this Bachelor Thesis is newly built family house including engineers office located in Roztoky. The building is divided into two parts. First part is two-story residential section. This section is isolated from public road by the second part. Second part is single-storey openspace oficce with separated headquarters and meeting room. The building is designed as a structure to be built from cut brick units with ceramic ceiling structures. The buildings roof is flat construction and it is designed to serve also as terrace on single-storey part of the house. Building land is slightly sloping down from the public road. All designs are in accordance to the valid ČSN code.
