This master‘s thesis is focused on optimization of order processing in production company NovaSteel, s.r.o. which is engaged in manufacturing of agricultural transport vehicles. Subject of this work is to analyze an economic situation of the company and propose possible solutions of the found issues. The main contribution is to provide options for improving the current situation during the commission.

The thesis is focused on the study during the engagement in the company ČKD Blansko Holding, Inc. The company creates water turbines and hydro facilities of hydroelectric power stations. The thesis is divided to two parts. The first part is concerned with the theoretical knowledge. The second part focuses on the analysis of the current status during the commission and on proposals for changes to streamline the entire process.

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze a specific business process in CeWe Color Company. The thesis consists of theoretical, analytical and practical parts. In theoretical part are explained the basic concepts and approaches in the field of logistics. The following describes some of the specific elements of the logistics chain – customer service, information system of logistics and the distribution channels. The analytical part focuses on analysis the internal and external environment of the company and describes and analyses the company’s current situation. Current situation is reviewed and shortcomings are identified. At the end of work are proposed the concrete suggestions for improvement, including their benefits and conditions of realization.

The master's thesis deals with the study of order processing in the company Böhm Jihlava, which produces seats and sofas. Thesis analyzes actual situation of order processing in the company. The solution proposal describes the project, which contains two stages. In first stage is done suppliers evaluation of company and second stage describes suggestion of EDI communication. These stages of project are designed to optimize the order processing in the company Böhm Jihlava in economic terms of time, quality and costs.

Master‘s thesis concerns management order processing through BRAVOLL Company Ltd., this company is specialized on area of injection moulding of plastic and mechanical engineering. Main area of interest in BRAVOLL is piecework, it is necessary to reduce delivery time and to offer more quality services for retaining current customers and for gaining new customers. Theoretic part of this work is focused on optimalization of order processing through organization. In practical part there are suggested changes that lead to reducing delivery time and to improvement of services for costumers.

This master’s thesis is aimed to improvement of the management of orders in ISMA Jevíčko L.t.d. Company. This company is interested in construction market. The thesis solves the theoretic basics and its implementation on company mentioned above. Further, there are new methods of company and order course management, suggested. For improvement of customer services I used outsourcing IS/IT, marketing outsourcing, ecological standards, TQM method and other useful science procedures.

The Study of Order Process Control in Company

This masterś thesis, titled as The Study of Order Process Control in Company Invensys Appliance Controls s.r.o., deals with optimization of order process from the first entering of new order till the delivery of finished goods to final customer. Further I provide the basic characteristics and analysis of Invensys Company. The project part is divided into two parts. The first one is focused on explaining of operation of Kanban system and itś possibility to improve the material flow in company. The second one is focused on long-term forecasts (demand predictions) provided by customers, which can help to improve the process of order as well. In conclusion, I appraise advantages and disadvantages of Kanban system and forecasts.
