Polyfunctional Building VEKTOR in Pardubice, Preparation for Building Realization

The subject of the diploma thesis is construction technology project of polyfunctional building VEKTOR in Pardubice. Building object has seven overground floors and has not basement. The construction system of the building is a monolithic skeleton consisting of columns and a ceiling slab. Part of the thesis includes technical reports, construction technology study, situation with wider transport route relationships, the project of the construcion zone equipment, suggestion of machines and mechanisms, plan for securing material resources, technological regulation for monolithic constructions, control and test plan for monolithic constructions, item budget, time schedule, chronological and financial plan of the building – object.

Constructive technological project of polyfunctional house with nursing service

Diploma thesis is focused on the constructional project of the polyfunctional house with care service in the Havířov. The object consists of three blocks that are interconnected by the central corridor. Each block has four aboveground floors and one underground floor. The project solved the time and financial plan, the broader transport relations, the construction site equipment, the main construction machines and mechanisms, the study of the implementation of the main construction stages, the technological regulation for the horizontal supporting structures and the truss roof including the control and test plan, monolithic and brick structures.

Construction technology stage of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany

This bachelor thesis solves the building-technological phase of the perimeter shell of the elementary school in Slažany. Specifically, it deals with the cladding of the wooden superstructure of the 3rd floor of the primary school building and the additional insulation of the existing floors. The shell of the superstructure is covered with a wooden cladding and filled with mineral wool insulation. Additional insulation is designed as a contact from facade polystyrene boards. The work is elaborated technical report, thermal assessment of cladding, technological procedures at given stage, transport solution including design of the machine assembly and situation, budget stage with report statement, principles of organization of construction including technical report and drawing of construction site, control and test plan, time schedule and safety.

This thesis deals with construction technology project of polyfunctional building on the Štefánikova street in Brno. Building has five overground floors and basement. In relation to the construction technology project it deals with chronological and financial plan, a suggestion of main construction machinery and mechanisms, materiál resources and transport routes, the project of the construcion zone equipment, technological plan and inspection and test plan for monolithic constructions and schedule of work.

This thesis contains the noise analysis of inside selected objects the South University depend on environment, type of transport routes a vehicles, which moved on this routes. It concerns for example cars, trucks, busses and motorcycles. Based on measured values, there is a summary the results of noise in the individual measuring places. Afterwards, there are suggested ways of appropriate noise reduction, but in this cases only if it?s necessary. The object of this work is the pointing out potential excessive noise suggesting some possibilities of its removal at the measured places.

An analysis of a transport operator´s job description My degree work is centred on the problems of a transport operator´s job in a forwarding agency. The introduction provides an explanation of a term of "dispatch service" and explains why logistics is so important in transport. Then there is a description of the transport development after 1990 and the changes transport had to undergo in the time of globalization. The main part of the work deals with the operator´s working procedure from an offer to a demand, an order and other actions to the final realization. A model example is given to represent an actual transporting process. The work also states conditions under which transport is executed, for example payment terms and terms of delivery. Next chapters outline the way of calculation, give a detailed description of collecting service (which is implemented within the bounds of CS Expres system) and of storing problems including the introduction of bar codes in stores and possibilities of logistic service extension. The conclusion is focused on the firm developing strategy.
